The unit is in bad shape! Desperately needs a good coat of paint and new cabinets throughout. We've rented other units in Seabreeze that are far superior. The cost of this unit is comparable to the other units but the quality is much lower.The Seabreeze complex itself is still very well maintained and we enjoy staying there.

IT was amazing time how ever.the place is very Close to Johns Pass village.the Condo ist very central to go to south (Miami Key West Everglades and east to Orlando Kennedy Space Center.

Perfect location on the beach, the water the sun, fun, and food... A small condo with all you need to relax and enjoy what you came to the beach for.

We liked the room, but it does need some painting and some updating.However, the elevator was not working on some days, we had to walk up and down six flights of stairs!

Unit is dated but certainly serves it purpose. Great location within walking distance to Johns Pass and area restaurants. Beautiful view! We enjoyed it and the price was right

The property was in a great location with a beautiful view. Pam and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Pam and the staff made our trip perfect, I will definitely book with JC resort because of the great staff. Five star service!!!!!!

Es ist ein wunderbarer Platz. Man kann viele Dinge sehr schnell erledigen zentral gelegen,am schõnsten ist das unkomplizierte schnelle schwimmen im Golf. Abends zu Fuss zum John"s Pass in die Bamboo Bar. Am næchsten Tag Sightseeing Tour.ein wundervoller Ort.

Management was responsive to dirty floor and cleaned it. Condo as described needs updates. 2 Wines glasses, pots and pans were not great but views, space were great. Overall we were happy but elevator was very slow and key codes were necessary everywhere. An issue with full hands.

The location is PERFECT! However, the unit could use some serious updating in the kitchen & both bathrooms. In addition, it could use a thorough cleaning. Furniture had visible dust, the floors had sand on them & were almost sticky. We had to wear shoes because it just did not feel clean. Even without any updates, the place would be so much better if it was just deep cleaned. Lastly, there was no remote in the guest room so that TV was useless & only one TV in the unit had streaming capabilities. We called JC Resorts a couple of times & they were super nice & very helpful - no problem with them at all.

Beautiful beach, great location. Nice condo nothing fancy but comfortable.. could use a new mattress in master bedroom and some room darkening blinds in both bedrooms. Also the furniture on the balcony was not the ones in the picture. Could use some comfortable furniture on balcony not the hard plastic chairs

Had my wrist operated on Thursday and flew out Saturday morning for a little recovery in the Sunshine state. The weather was cool but much better than Buffalo NY! Showed up at condo and there was no desk. Called the number for the management team and had to drive back to another facility that we passed driving in. No big deal, just wish this was more transparent. Condo was just as described. View couldn't be better. My only complaint was the two double bed mattresses were very uncomfortable. It made sleeping with my broken wrist difficult. Actually woke up sore from the night sleep. Other than that the place was great.

Loved the condo and the view. A roomy well laid out space with 2 bedrooms and two bathroom. We found it very clean on arrival with loads of towels in bathrooms. Managing agents very helpful.

The condo was nice and perfectly located for shopping,food and the beach. Would request that the air conditioning vents be cleaned. Wasn't able to use it due to the smell emitted from the vents.

Rental Experience overall very seamless and easy. The condo needs some serious updates as it seems like original equipment in the property. The location is great and the complex is very convenient to walk to all areas of interest.
