The fact that we have to check in and check out at a separate location is not very ideal.

The condo was really nice, but the living room needs a new couch and other chair.We love the location to the pool, hot tub, the beach and John's Pass. Had a great time thanks.

We were in a bind and we found SeaBreeze on accident. Pam was absolutely wonderful. My husband , two sons and I had a beautiful stay. Very clean. The building very secure and safe. Definitely be back next year!

Great family place to visit. Saw dolphins from my oceanfront room. Beach is not crowded. Pool area is nice and children liked hanging out playing games - bocce ball - in evenings or walking beach.

The unit was well stocked; the best I have stayed in. Parking was a breeze with some undercover spots on a first come basis. Security codes for safety purposes. Everyone's preferences are different and I thought the couch was uncomfortable. If there had been a broom and dust pan in the unit I would have swept before I left which would have made me feel better. However, there was a sweeper. I like a quick grab a broom. Really close to John's Pass which was nice for a quick stroll. Saw some dolphins from our balcony.I would definitely stay here again and HIGHLY recommend it.

Overall the condo met our expectations. It condo was clean and the kitchen was very nice and had all the things we needed. Very nice, however the couch makes a better bed than a couch and could really use new room chairs. (Could a use a new laundry basket)Overall a great place 4 out of 5 stars.

We love Seabreeze Condominiums. The property was wonderful. The pictures of this condo were very accurate, but it’s much more spacious in real life. The kitchen was a great size and easy to work in. The view was fantastic and we saw dolphins from the room.

We had a great family beach vacation at Seabreeze through JC Resort Management. The condo was on Madeira Beach with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo was clean and stocked with clean bath towels. Also, the JC resort management staff were very helpful and friendly when I called with questions.We will be renting through JC Resort Management in the future and also recommend them to friends and family.

We had a very nice stay at Seabreeze 202. The apartment was very clean, well furnished and plenty of room for all of us (family of 2 adults and our teenage daughter. Great location on the 2nd floor with very easy and quick access. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony and what a fabulous experience to wake up in the morning with the sounds of the waves! Easy access to the pool/hot tub and miles of beach. Also a short stroll (5-10 minutes walk to John’s Pass with tons of restaurants and bars. Perfect place for a week in the sun!

We love the location of the SeaBreeze, close to John's Pass. The beds in 202 are not the sizes the website description claims. We actually measured! The bed described as a king is actually a queen and the beds described as queens are full sized at best. Being disabled, this is an important distinction when booking a condo so we were very disappointed. Also, the condo could use a good deep clean in the bathroom and bedrooms, especially with tile floors throughout. The table on the balcony was filthy.

Nice property and location. The only negative is the bedroom arrangement with two double beds in the master and a queen in the second bedroom, also the queen bed is quite hard and uncomfortable.
