Highly recommended. I have stayed at 2 of their properties and had great experiences both times. The service is outstanding from the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance.

We have been staying at the Sand-Dollar for many years! It was a bit different this time because of the hurricane destruction of the pier and the pool area. We could use the pool for 2 days out of our 7 because of the pool deck getting redone. We were able to use the neighboring pool but it was not as nice as the Sand Dollar pool! We did rent the cabanas down on the beach which is always great! The Sand Dollar did give us a discount for not having availability to the pool and hot tub during our stay. We did appreciate that. We will be back next year for our annual Family Vacation!

Sand Dollar has been our condo destination in Florida for over 10 years now. we usually average about every other year. The staff here is amazing. Super friendly and reponsive. The unit 505 was super clean, everything worked well ( the front desk replaced the cable modem at 4:59pm our first day there after just 1 phone call) We love this property and will be back in 2026 for sure. Thank you

Our condo was beautiful, clean, & well stocked. The pool and outside property was clean & well taken maintained. Our only issues were using codes for stairs, beach area, & pier, although we adjusted. The staff were all very helpful & friendly. We will definitely book this condo for our next vacation.

It was fabulous as always. Staff were.like old friends !! Always helpful and cheerful. Any issues with condo were dealt with quickly. Our only complaint (again) is that since housekeeping was discontinued we feel there should be cleaning supplies provided (ie: mop and pail) We were also discouraged to hear the rumour that toilet paper etc. were being eliminated in future. We just love the Sand Dollar. We rented 3 condos for our family. We had a great time. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The condo was wonderful and the people we met were all so nice. Great times in the pool with all the new friends we met.

We stayed in Sand Dollar 505. It was our first time ever to Clearwater. The condo was great. Very clean, updated and lots of room. The pool/hot tub were large enough for all, the vacationers and staff were nice and helpful and the fishing pier was a nice added touch. We were blessed with great weather. We are coming back down to stay in 505 this August. Looking forward to it!

We had a great time on this vacation! The beach is beautiful, clean and steps from your door. The pool was heated and hot tub was hot! The facilities were old, and if you can handle that you will be fine. They hand out actual keys at checkin. This place felt very safe so we never locked the our door when at the beach, but you need the key or code to get from the beach to the property. There is one elevator, which was not as bad as it could have been... My biggest complaint is the water hose right by the gate to the property. You have to step through a huge puddle to get to the beach or property and it was somewhat disgusting. Just think they could relocate the water hose a few feet over to avoid the big puddle and the congestion. OUr rental was old but nice. 3 bedrooms, room mostly updated but needed new blankets as we found some bugs in the ones supplied so bought our own. Unit 505. It was well supplied, big, AC worked, hot water worked. Closets were wonderful.So I have some small complaints, but we just had a great time here that the little inconveniences were not that bad. I recommend if you are willing to forego the small luxuries new places have. Wonderful memories here!

We always enjoy our visits to Sand Dollar. The location is perfect and our condo was good. The ladies in the front office are top notch and so helpful. If we had one concern, we would suggest that the beds in the back 2 bedrooms be replaced. All 3 were very soft with memory foam on top.. not sure if that helped. The rest of the condo was well stocked and decorated nicely.

The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable and stocked with almost everything we needed. There was a round chair in the master bedroom that sinks when you sit in it - no big deal we just didn't sit on it :).

Using a topnotch Company insures a flawless and wonderful stay. The whole family was so happy with the view pool and very clean comfortable and quite Condo. All of the management people are Amazing Thank You for a perfect vacation and see you next year!

Second time staying in this unit and plan to come back next year. Everything was as advertised. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We have stayed at the Sand Dollar many times and will definitely be back .

Our experience was wonderful. This was our second visit. The only issue we had was when we came back from the grocery store with a cart of heavy items and elevator was out. My husband and I had to carry everything up 5 flights of stairs with none of the staff offering to help. Other than that, it was very enjoyable.

Wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Sand Dollar resort on the soft sandy beach in Indian Shores. Beautiful view from our balcony of the gulf. We loved the heated saltwater pool and jacuzzi which were cleaned every morning. Almost all the conveniences of home including a washer/dryer to manage our own towels. Polite and helpful desk staff and 24-hour emergency service for any issues which we used for air conditioning which was fixed very fast. Restaurants, grocery, coffee shop, attractions close by. 505 has updated bathrooms, great decor and amazing balcony chairs to relax in. We'll be back!

I invited my siblings from various states to meet up for the first time after our COVID 19 vaccination... we are in our 70's and have enjoyed the Sanddollar for decades... it was wonderful as always!!

Second time we stayed at Sand Dollar. Room was very nice and had comfortable beds which is very important but usually not present in vacation rentals. Condo was roomy with nice oceanfront balcony. Pool, hot tub, and other amenities are nice. Only downside is only one elevator for the complex.
