Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 408 is a GOLD Tier three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 4th-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 408 offers a full size, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom, two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a KING bed in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in the main bath and a tub shower combo in the 2nd bathroom. 408 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs.

This vacation rental comes with local gym access at no charge.

Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (including infants). Friday arrival/departures during peak periods. 408 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

Clean unit with great view! Love that all 3 bedrooms were good size. Lots of beach toys , chairs and beach towels provided, along with full size washer/dryer. JC Resorts staff were friendly and responsive to any needs or questions we had. The ONLY thing not 5* is there's only one elevator for entire building so expect long lines for it, especially on turn days or at end of beach day. If the HOA would consider a coded door lock on one of the stair exits, this would help tremendously. Still a great week and we would stay in Sand Dollar 408 again!

I have stayed at Sand Dollar the last five years, my longest stay was seven weeks which was this year. Things are still not back to normal after the hurricane which is understandable. I was told the pool would be open by mid-January but the date was continuously pushed back until March. I did have access to another pool a few doors down which was nice. I also had to deal with a leaky ceiling but was only a problem with heavy rain and wind. It didn't leak after something was done to the unit above. The staff is wonderful and friendly. I love having beach towels in the unit along with beach chairs. Unit 408 could use a little refresh/deep cleaning of rugs and furniture but is very well stocked with kitchen items. Overall I love Sand Dollar and will definitely be back. I am excited to see the post hurricane clean-up!! I should add that I was given a discount for my stay because of the work being done.

Overall very satisfied. I definitely would stay at Sand Dollar again and in the same unit. Only down side, all grills were charcoal grills. We grilled out 2 nights and it took way too long to eat. I highly recommend getting at least 2 gas grills for options as well. That was frustrating since we went tothe store before knowing the grill was only charcoal as option. Staff was excellent on site. Also it felt like a vacation since people could sit down poolside with family members after hours. Unlike the next door facility. We will be back for sure since this a yearly thing for my family.

This was a perfect rental for a family of 8 adults! Kitchen fully stocked with all items you would need. Condo was clean and comfortable! ONLY complaint is there is only one elevator for the entire complex so we spent a lot of time waiting. We would however stay here again!!

We have loved the Sand Dollar for almost 20 years. The pool, hot tub and beach are the best. We have stayed in 408 the past few years because of the grab bars in the bathroom. It would be nice if other owners put grab bars in the shower. There were no tables on the balcony but they were quick to find a small table for us. Would be nice to have more plastic glasses for the pool and balcony. Holly and her team were as outstanding as they have been for the past 20 years.

The location was great - on the beach, with a swimming pool and hot tub, all units facing the ocean. The unit was clean and well-equipped, perfect for visits from my children and grandchildren. The management company was responsive to any requests, and made sure everything went smoothly. A very positive experience.

Fantastic Vacation!! We love Sand Dollar ... maybe one day there will be an opportunity for us to purchase a condo unit (would love to be kept informed if units become available for sale)!! The only complaint/suggestion is the elevator - it is very slow. An upgrade to the elevator would be nice (newer/faster), and if there's room somehow to add a second elevator car for the building. Other than that, everything was excellent! Thank you!!

A month in the sun is my gift to myself and my family. It frees me from the last month of snowy winter( hopefully) and brings me to my happy place with long walks on the beach, a beautiful condo to call home and time to relax . The Sand Dollar is my happy place!

We have continued to enjoy the Sand Dollar Resort. This was our third Thanksgiving week to stay. All the staff are wonderful and friendly. Great location to get to the beach. Just walk out the building. All our condo rooms have an amazing view of the Gulf, unobstructed. Will be back in June.

This condo had everything we needed for all 8 of us. There was 4 adults, 4 children 8, 6, 4 and 1yr old!! The kitchen was stocked with everything needed, the linens were plentiful, and the cleanliness was outstanding. From sunshine to sunsets, from seeing dolphins from our balcony, to the comfort of the living area, it was also perfect..... this is not our first stay, we've stayed in other condos here, and all are as equal. And trust me, it will not be our last stay !!! Can't wait to go back.

We have stayed at Sand Dollar for several years. Holly is so accommodating, personable and caring. Unit 408 is special to us. We feel at home. It is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and has an amazing kitchen that meets a cooks every need.

We had a great week.our family have been coming to the Sand Dollar on and off since the 80,s. we have stayed at many places over the past 4 decades and the Sand Dollar has always been our favorite.The staff are the best on the beach .I have already booked 408 for 2022 and look forward to bringing the office Allesi brownies and seeing everyone.
