Very well-decorated and spacious condo. Family-friendly, well-stocked with beach toys and chairs. Condo grounds are older but are clean and very well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The unit was recently renovated, and the owners did a wonderful job. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. A very modern and new unit. The only suggestion would be to perhaps consider a Keurig machine, but not a world problem. Enjoyed our stay; thank you for sharing your home away from home with us.

The facility has done a lot of work post hurricane to be open. The new wall, landscaping and even a temporary fence for the pool was noticeable. This was our 10th time visiting. The carpeting in 406 is HORRIBLE. Everywhere is stained...closets, bedrooms & especially the main living area. This is a Beautiful unit & the carpet is a total distraction.

We were very lucky to be able to arrive two days early due to bad winter weather in MO. The unit $406 is our second home. The front desk staff is always friendly and most helpful. Swimming at the Beach Cottages was no problem and we much appreciated to use of the pool and deck. We so look forward to our 7th year in 2026, counting down the days!

Our condo unit #406 at Sand Dollar was unbelievably very clean, and at an excellent condition with convenience location, right on the beach with great ocean view.We truly enjoyed out stay. We totally satisfied with the Sand Dollar staff and they really helped us out very efficiently during our check-in and check-out processes.We will strongly recommend this property to our friends who may plan to visit Florida in the future.Wishing you all (the entire staff) a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year!!

Overall, great experience. We had a late check-in from the UK but instructions were clear and easy to get keys and welcome details. Our condo was wonderful, had everything we needed, beach towels and newspaper was a lovely touch and the property felt very safe and secure. The staff we interacted with were always friendly and helpful (housekeeping were great) We were there for the hurricane Helene and the staff were amazing especially Holly in recommending alternative accommodation. We will definitely be back

Holly did an outstanding job to make our late arrival on Sunday go smoothly. We appreciated having more water pressure in the Master Bathroom. Only issue is the T.V. frequently there would be no signal. At night & in the a.m. it was challenging whether or not the main tv would work. Yet the ones in the bedrooms always worked.

Sand dollar is an excellent condo experience on the golf. The staff is always friendly and most helpful when needed. The view is amazing. The unit had everything we needed and if there was something we needed the staff had it on hand for us.

First time at Sand Dollar and we really enjoyed this resort and unit 406. Amazing view from balcony and unit had so many extras to make our stay comfortable - From beach chairs and towels to well stocked kitchen with lots of pots and pans, storage containers and more. Loved the little bar area with small fridge and dolphin faucet. The washer and dryer in unit was very convenient and we could have packed less. Coffee shop and restaurants are a little further away than from around the Ram Sea, where we stayed last year, but still walkable. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful and maintenance staff and cleaners keep the property nice. Met lots of guests that book every year (some for over 20 years!)and that speaks to how well the property is maintained and level of service. Already booked for next year.

We have been coming to the beautiful gulf for many years and Sand Dollar never disappoints. All the units are well appointed with everything you could need.Holly and the girls are always ready to help although we have never had a problem which is why we keep coming back.

Nice condo for a set of couples or a small family. I would say it's one of the cleanest rental condos I've ever stayed in. The two king beds worked well for our family of three, but there's also a pull out bed if you have a few more. Bathrooms are nice if not a little small. The theme of the condo might not be for everyone, but I loved it. A really nice touch with the custom tiles on the floor throughout. Also loved the windows out to the balcony and ocean, really gave the condo an open feel. Kitchen was well appointed. The only thing lacking was a baking sheet. The climate control system did seem to struggle at times a bit, but that could've just been the hot and humid weather. Ceiling fans throughout did make a difference. I don't remember seeing anything listed, but it would've been nice to know they provide beach towels as I would've left mine behind with that information. Nice that they offer that. Pool area and hot tub was nice but not a lot of shade to be had. Beach area was nice with the added benefit of a private pier that you have access to. One of my favorite restaurants in the area is Conch Republic. Reasonable prices and good food. Enjoy John's Pass but it's a very touristy area so be prepared to overpay some for the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone wanting an ocean front accommodation with a fun beachy vibe.

We have a great time at Sand Dollar! It was not our first stay at Sand Dollar but was the first time in unit 406. Highly recommend! It has been updated and was clean and ready to vacation in when we arrived.

I stay at JC Resort properties several times a year. This unit was one of the nices, if not the nicest, that I've stayed in. Very well maintained with lots of little "extras". I have been pleased with almost all of the JC Resort units that I have rented, but this one was especially nice. I would highly recommend it and I would absolutely stay in this unit again!

The unit was very clean and comfortable and exactly as pictured. There are a few restaurants in walking distance but many within 5-10 minute drive. The staff at JC Resorts are the very best of anyplace we have ever rented. Always friendly and pleasant and willing to help.

We usually stay in a 3 bedroom condo we love but decided 2 would work better. This was such a good setup. Loved the bedrooms in the back. The living room seemed bigger. We love sitting on the deck watching beach walkers. There is a wonderful coffee shop about a mile away. Easy walk. Love that!! Front desk is really helpful and so friendly. We really like the area. Not too crazy busy. We tell everyone about our experience and we are coming back next year to this condo.

We have used this property management company for the last 7 or 8 years and have never had a single issue. And for the past 3 years have planned our vacation around the availability of 406 at the Sand Dollar!

We arrived after check in due to a delayed flight and the after hours check in was SUPER easy. When we walked into our condo at 2am, our tired eyes were met with the most beach themed wonderland we could have hoped for. The décor in this pristine condo launches you into paradise! Our stay was nothing short of perfect! Condo was clean, pool was warm, views were breathtaking! Plenty of shopping/restaurants close by. Would come back here in a heartbeat! Sand Dollar 406 was AMAZING!

The only rule to follow was to wear a mask in the lobby on the elevator & when leaving your condo. Despite maybe 50% of the time it was not adhered to...yet the young High School adults would conform.This was for the SAFETY of the Staff & Guests. The limited staff was TOTALLY COURTEOUS & would GREET everyone with a POSITIVE ATTITUDE. We have been going there for years & already booked a unit for the next 2 years. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN & WARM ATMOSPHERE to anyone who enjoys the Gulf. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.
