We had a great experience at this VRBO. We found it to be well stocked and very clean. It was large and had plenty of room for our family of four. We enjoyed our time out on the balcony and the furniture was very comfortable. Of course this is an excellent location in Indian Shores. There were some construction being done, which is understandable as work continues to recover from hurricane Helene. This was not an inconvenience and everything and everyone was very pleasant. Thank you so much. We hope to stay here again in the future.

As always, we loved our annual stay here. Same week, same condo, same love for the resort! We were sad to see the pier took a hit from the hurricane, but we loved to hear that it's going to be restored. Another reason why we love this place, as it has it's own pier! We were called by staff before our trip to advise us on construction work, but that didn't stop us from coming and it was not an inconvenience what so ever. The workers were all very nice and I don't even remember hearing noise. We also noticed that the pool area and landscaping had been upgraded and it's absolutely beautiful. We love our home away from home and cannot wait til next year!

The view WoW! If you want peaceful, laid back beach days this is the place for you! No huge crowds on the beach! The property manager and everyone we came in contact with that worked there was very pleasant and they took good care of us! We will definitely be back

Great location right on the beach, saw several dolphins everyday we were there. Property manager Annette was very helpful and answered my calls and emails quickly. Nicely furnished and in very good shape. Very close to excellent seafood restaurants. We liked the Salt Rock Grill for their $20 menu around 5PM, Kooky Coconut Cafe for awesome cuban sandwhiches, and Beach Pizza for good pizza with shrimp on it. Would definitely rent this unit, or any unit in this building again!

We really loved our stay! Annette at the front desk is/was THE BEST! So helpful, patient, and kind. The property was clean, pool and hot tub were amazing, parking right there was a bonus, condo had everything we needed, and the beach was great! The only thing that was disappointing, which isn’t affecting my rating, is the fishing pier and beach were closed for beach maintenance which we thought was odd during peak spring break season and didn’t understand why the pier couldn’t be opened at the end of each day it was closed. But again, this didn’t affect my rating because we also understand maintenance needs to be done.

We have been coming to this area for 12 years with the last 6 staying at sand dollar. This year our unit was wonderful! Beautiful and cozy and served our family very well. We hate a great experience all around except trying to rebook for next year. Come to find out after staying here for 6 years there is no rental to fit us. Very disappointed as we love sand dollar and the area. It seems the next year booking process has become very tedious. Hopefully we can find something as we come with other family members and they were able to book a unit.

SCALE FROM 1-5 5 BEING THE BEST. I GIVE IT A 4. HAD SOME MINOR PROBLEMS, MANAGMENT RESOLVED WHAT THEY COULD, AND REFUNDED WHAT THEY COULD NOT FIX DURING ARE STAY. OVERALL VERY HAPPY! COULD USE A FASTER ELAVATER!

I would recommend the location and cleanliness. I would suggest rugs on the slippery tile floors. I fell and hurt my knee when getting out of bed. I also needed more laundry detergent, paper towels, warmer water in the shower. beverage cooler was falling apart.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff very friendly. Condo was clean with everything we needed. We went offshore fishing on the second day. The last person was arriving that day. The front desk made it easy for her to pick up a key. Pool and hot tub area was clean. Enjoyed the wonderful view from our balcony and the private pier. Watching the sunset every night was the best! We will definitely come back!

This place was awesome! We had an amazing trip and this condo definitely had everything we needed to get us through it. Great view and amazing pool and jacuzzi. Easy access to the beach and private pier. Check in was easy and we felt very welcomed! I highly recommend!

This was our first VRBO experience. We had a late check in and it was super easy and painless. The staff communicated very well. The location was great. The condo was clean and anything we had questions on or needed help with was taken care of that day. Quick access to the beach and the pool and hot tub were clean and well taken care of. No complaints! Would love to visit again! The unit was very spacious.

We loved the property! Loved our unit #403! Property, and condo very clean! It had Everything we needed ! Indian Shores , Sand dollar was a great location ! We will return ! Walking distance to quite a few things! Great restaurants near by! We just went down to relax! And that we did! But we did fit in Tarpon Springs, johns pass, Chihuly museum in St Pete on our last day before flying home ! I recommend all , just for a break from the sun. But mostly we beached it daily! Beautiful beach. Great pool. Older complex. But well maintained! Cant wait to go back !

It was equipped with everything we needed to cook all our meals and was a great bonus to have lots of beach extras like 4-6 chairs, two coolers and sand toys. There is also updated furniture in the balcony, living room, dining room and kitchen bar stools compared to the photos online.The fish weren't biting, but everything else was 10/10. Can't wait to come back, thank you!

Our family had a great time at this rental and location. The condo is as described. Beautiful view from the balcony as well as master bedroom. The beach is just a few steps out the door to the sand. Pool area is spacious and has a great hot tub. Our kids appreciated the volleyball net. There were a few chairs in the closet so we utilized those for the week vs renting the set up on the beach. We left behind 4 boogie boards so we are hoping the next families can enjoy them. This condo is on our list to rent on our next trip. The only downfall was that the elevator is really slow. The can opener might be broke because we couldn't figure out how to use it after trying multiple times so we improvised and used the old school opener. The only other thing that could improve on would be having a few flat cookie sheet pans. None of these items would affect me renting this place again though.

We loved this location, right on the beach overlooking the Gulf, beautiful grounds. Close enough to airport, amusement/water parks and board walk but far enough away for quiet nights and limited traffic. Condo was clean and had all we needed/wanted but a box of tissues (easy enough to buy). Great sized rooms, fully furnished with pots/pans/dishes (also coffee maker, blender and toaster). Bedrooms and beds were large and very comfortable! We loved our 4th floor location, great views and on the far side from the pool (if noise was a concern, although my 16 yr and 12 yr old were part of the noise). Night swimming shuts down at 10pm so noise wasn't a concern for us, might want to ask for a unit further from pool if your little ones needs to sleep earlier. Lobby and elevator were small but again not a concern for us as we opted for stairs daily-and just a brief wait as we arrived/departed with our luggage. Will look to return sometime within the next year or two and hope to get the same unit! Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

Loved our room. It wasn't cluttered with. Smelled great when we first walked in! Nice and clean. Beds were super comfortable. Security gates weren't always working. Had some issues with people not staying at Sand Dollar in the pool and hot tub. Our washer in our room was leaving black marks on our clothes. Found out where it was coming from and hopefully cleaned/fixed the problem. The room probably needs a new washer.

This was our third stay at the Sand Dollar and allow with the always amazing service from the staff there, this unit was fantastic! It was equipped with everything we needed to cook all our meals and was a great bonus to have lots of beach extras like 4-6 chairs, two coolers and sand toys. There is also updated furniture in the balcony, living room, dining room and kitchen bar stools compared to the photos online.The fish weren't biting, but everything else was 10/10. Can't wait to come back, thank you!

The property was clean and just as described. The highlight was the gorgeous view of the gulf, complete with daily dolphin sightings from the balcony. The property was also an easy walk to a couple of restaurants and close to shopping, putt-putt and more.

This property was amazing. We arrived and we were extremely impressed with the location, staff and the condo. Everything we needed was there including beach chairs and a cooler. We didn’t have kids with us, but they even have a stroller there if needed. The check in and out was process was extremely smooth. We all decided we will be staying here again!

From the time we booked until we left , everything went smooth. Registration, location, weather and the condo. It was clean, great location, felt very safe and the weather .... Well it was all perfect . My only complaint is the pier right outside ... I'm not sure why it's right there. Some will say it's great for fishing , I kinda saw it as an eye sore. Definitely not a deal breaker we will go back ... I give the entire trip 5 stars.

Great location and property. Staff was wonderful. Only suggestion is room darkening curtains for front bedrooms. Property had a pop up tent that was wonderful for use. We did have to purchase individual beach chairs so the property now has 6 for future visitors’ use. Would rent again

We were thrilled with our stay at this condo. The view was amazing! We saw beautiful sunsets. dolphins and sting rays. Pool and hot tub are located close to condo and beach access. With three children they enjoyed being able to play in the super soft white sands and the private pier for fishing was my husband's favorite. The condo is spacious and clean. Kitchen essentials were all there. Because the condo only has 5 floors the one elevator never had a long wait. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. Definitely wanting to make this an annual visit for our family.

This beach is beautiful and it was easy to stay socially distant because it wasn’t crowded. Get some boogie boards and enjoy the perfect waves. And the pool was nice and warm even though it is winter. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this property and were overall very pleased. As a previous traveler stated, the condo is in need of some updating. As we were leaving, they were updating some of the appliances. The curtains and blinds are still in need of updating. Fluorescent lighting in the closets didn’t work that well. Water heater could have been larger. Having said that, the location is absolutely perfect. Bring your sunglasses for the sunset. It is unreal! When the balcony doors are open the sound of the waves is wonderful. The size of the unit is great. The communal grilling area is very nice. While we didn’t use the pool or hot tub, they looked nice. Access to the beach is great, close and simple. Parking is convenient. The main standout of the stay was the front lobby staff. They did everything within their power to make sure our stay was pleasant. Management bent over backwards to fix the concerns. You rarely see customer service this exemplary. We would certainly come back!
