Second time we stayed in 2025, and already booked for 2026. We loved everything about the unit, the grounds, and the beach. JC staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to be back in April.

The unit was perfect. Comfortable, clean. They did a beautiful job on the new pool area. The staff in the office are friendly helpful and happy. They are an asset to your group. Especially holly. She was always helpful and accommodating. We will definitly be back. Really appreciated that 402 had a chain on door. E tra added feature of security.

Our rental was perfect for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable, the condo layout was perfect & overall we really enjoyed the space. Great views!! Would recommend!

Nice upgrades to condo - new washer & dryer and kitchen cabinets. Slider door screen is ripped & needs to be replaced. Pool area still in need of more & nicer lounge chairs. The old pool lounge chairs should be replaced.

The Sand Dollar never disappoints, we have stayed in apartment 402 previously and can see some updates, although the kitchen and bathrooms could do with updating but perfectly serviceable.The apartment was clean, spacious, well stocked and beds very comfy. The staff at the desk as usual very friendly and helpful.The new keyless door system works well.Thank you for another lovely stay.

We've been coming to Sand Dollar for years and the customer service from the entire staff keeps us coming back.The unit is great but a few recommendations would make the experience better. The king mattress squeaks and needs to be replaced. As the condo is advertised as accommodating 6 people, there is only one U-shaped low sofa, there should really be an additional lounge chair or two (Lazy boy Chair). If you had 6 people I'm sure they wouldn't be comfortable sitting on one sofa. Other than that the owners have thought of all the conveniences, love the large TV's. The one negative about the building that we experienced this year was the number of screaming children shouting, yelling and running through the halls. Because of the design of the building (the open atrium), the sound really carries. I think this is something that has to be better managed by staff, while there is a warning posted, I'm not sure anyone enforces it.

I have been renting condos annually for many years from JC Resorts and highly recommend.This is the first time I rented a condo at the Sand Dollar as we usually rent A condo at the Hamilton House. The unit we rented (402) was an end unit making the condo very long and large. The condo was very clean but lacked adequate drinking glasses which required running the dishwasher frequently. Not a big deal or deal breaker but for very little money the cupboard could be upgraded. The only other downside was the size of the bathrooms. Very nicely decorated but very small and in order to use it required you to leave the master bedroom and walk a short distance down the hall. Seemed strange for such a large condo especially when traveling and sharing with another couple. The location on the beach was perfect with many great seafood restaurants nearby.We will return to the Sand Dollar next year, but I will select a different non end condo unit.

We have been coming to the Sand Dollar for 5 years now. All staff are amazing and so helpful. 402 was updated and immaculate. We enjoyed the corner unit this year with all the windows. Wonderful new patio furniture as well. Booked back for 2024.

Suggestions for improvement -More chairs & lounges needed around pool. Screen sliding door in 402 needs repair/replacement.Clothes dryer in 402 very slow

Staff very kind and very helpful. Unit was extremely nice and spacious. Everything was in great condition and very clean. Balcony was smaller, but it worked fine for four of us. Would stay here again.

It was okay our first condo the air conditioner was not working was moved to another unit. The unit was nice but the cabinets in kitchen the paper was coming off the face of the cabinets. And in the bedroom was a lip in doorway from the different height in the floor had to be careful not to trip.Lastly the elevator is very slow took forever to get it specify at checking

Very clean rooms nice overall condo. Very nice staff very friendly. Didn't really like the gate being locked going to beach all the time. But still nice place to stay

The condo was clean and neat as is always the case with JC Resorts properties! Sand Dollar is a great location on the Gulf as well. Every aspect of dealing with JC Resorts is easy - highly recommend!
