Everything was nice. The unit had a few deficiencies. It was a borderline bronze/silver.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Sand Dollar never disappoints. 306 was a beautiful room. Kitchen was well equipped. Both bedrooms were super comfortable and had extra bedding and towels. You are missing out if you don't visit the Sand Dollar. We've been coming here for decades. Ask for Holly!

The condo was very spacious and the kitchen was beautiful with lovely sunsets from a good-size balcony. The only suggestion would be that the furniture is very dated, and a much larger tv in the Living area would be a very good idea.

We have been staying at Sand Dollar for many many years. This stay was excellent again. The staff are excellent. Our only disappointment was that when we arrived many of the dishes, glasses were not clean. Especially the several pieces of cutlery had pieces of food still on in the drawer. We ran most dishes, glasses and all cutlery through the dishwasher. Had initial problem with the internet and tv but it was fixed immediately and we had no further problems

It was a very in joy able 3 weeks. The unit was very nice, the view of the gulf and sunsets were nice and beautiful. The only thing I would suggest is a little bigger tv in the living area.

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the assortment of cooking utensils. The condo was clean and comfortable. The sliding door to the deck operated very easy which we found superior to many of the condos we've stayed in. As an unusually tall family, we found the living room furniture a bit low. I doubt this would bother most families. Everything worked as it should and we are grateful we were able to stay here.

We had a fabulous time at the Sand dollar. All three of our condos were clean and well appointed. The beach and pool areas were clean and provided great memories for the whole family.

We stayed in 306 - the bathrooms were a little dated but our stay was very nice and we will definitely consider the Sand Dollar again

I am a repeat customer for the Sand Dollar and Ram Sea Resort. We always have a great time at both places. Some condos are a little nicer than others, some more modern , but all clean with good air conditioning and beautiful views. The staff is nice and helpful. It may be helpful to stagger the check in days, some check ins on Saturday, some check ins on Sunday would be less crowded and have more trolleys available to bring in bags.

We stayed in SD 306 for 2 weeks in March. The unit and location was just as described with a great view of beach and access to pool. The unit was big and comfortable with all amenities (W/D, DW, beach chairs, pool toys, etc).The beds were comfortable and the unit was quiet. Many complain about the slow elevator but quick access to the stairs fixed that. Will look to rebook in the future.

We have stayed with JC Resorts 2-3 times a year for probably ten years. You can count on the best price and a clean unit but the staff at the Sand Dollar is simply The Best!!! They make you feel so welcome and if you ever have any issue it is taken care of immediately. They are part of the reason we return year after year. That and the view here is incredible! We stayed in 306 this time and it had everything you could imagine to make your visit enjoyable! We look forward to returning in a few months.

It was everything we wanted. Relaxing and a fantastic view of the Gulf. Very peaceful. And plenty of good restaurants everywhere. It was like a home away from home, but with a spectacular view.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay. The room was fabulous and just as featured in the description. Plenty of amenities in the room which ensured we had everything we needed. The staff are amazing and truly go above and beyond to make your stay a wonderful experience. Can't beat the beach here either!

Enjoyed beach walks and sunsets. The saltwater pool was very nice and well cared for. Rental staff was very caring and went out of their way to make sure renters were satisfied .

We love staying at Sand Dollar! We try to stay here every time we go to Florida. It's right on the ocean, great pool and hot tub. It's very quiettoo!

The condo, Sand Dollar 306, my husband and I rented for a week at the end of August was just as it was advertised. Great location, staff were great, view was awesome, and the condo very clean and nicely decorated. Beach was great. We will definitely return.

I spent 3 weeks at Sand Dollar from March 20th to April 10th. The property exceeded my expectations from the room's furniture and kitchen appliances, but what impressed me more was the helpfulness of the entire staff to how the property was so well maintained. It was certainly family oriented and can't wait for next year.

Overall, good stay---nice unit---really appreciated all the extras they have in the unit (beach chairs, toys, all kitchen items + some, ocean front, 3rd floor was high enough and not close to pool so it was quiet--pool was great; size of jacuzzi was great but jets were not good ie: very little bubbles. Beach and pier was great to have right there.Very nice to have Holly and the front office right on sight----very helpful and positive attitude!!!
