Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 212 is a SILVER rated three-bedroom, two-bath North East Corner Gulf Side View vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 2nd-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 212 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a KING bed in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 212 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volley Ball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (including infants). 212 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

JC Resort is a very professional company. They were upfront with current problems due to hurricanes a few months ago, included a discount due to pool not being ready yet while also offering a pool 2 doors down for your use. There was an issue at a window during a heavy rain. We called down to the office and a window company was there very quickly and was able to find the problem and take care of it. We also let them know about small issues with some of the appliances. Maintenance was up that day and let us know what was happening. The floor in the rental was not as clean as I would prefer. There was a dry sweeper in the closet that helped, but a wet Swiffer would have been awesome. If you are looking for the best view, you need to go beach front, or higher floor on the sides. Condo next to us still has a lot of hurricane damage with their siding. Considering what JC (and so many others) had to go through with the hurricanes last Fall, they are an excellent place to rent from. Take a walk down the beach (and road side) and look around. So much damage still not being dealt with. JC is awesome. See you next year!

This was our first experience at the Sand Dollar and we enjoyed it very much. The condo was spacious, well maintained and well stocked with Beach toys and home necessities that made our stay much nicer.

We recently had the privilege of staying at the Sand Dollar. We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The beach is perfect and there are plenty of good restaurants and shopping close by. Highly recommend this place and the owner and management are great.

We love the family-oriented feel of Sand Dollar. The pool and beach are close proximity for any age group. The front desk staff is efficient and most helpful.

Recently spent a week at Sanddollar Resort condo 212 which was perfect. The condo is spacious and immaculately clean. The location to the beach was the best thing ever. Only a few steps to the pool and beach. Area not crowded at all. The ladies at front are wonderful. Explained everything completely and check in was a breezeI called with questions before my arrival they were always kind and gave me answers. If you looking for a quiet peaceful place to vacation this is it

that was my second time and i'll do it again and againvery clean place all you need is there very relaxing and a spectacular sun set view every night very clear warm water an private fishing spot cant ask for better
