Sand Dollar 210

This was our third time to the sand dollar resort. Each time has been a great time. Our condo (210) was amazing and would definitely stay in this one again! One of the only drawbacks was that it stated there were beach chairs along with beach towels but there were no chairs. Had I known there were no chairs available in the condo unit I would've had my daughter who drove take some along for us since we flew. So, please make sure your description is up-to-date as we did have to run out and buy beach chairs because we love sitting on the beach. There was a lot of construction going on so it did get a little loud by the pool. And one morning someone started a power washer up before 8 AM. It didn't affect us too much but the people who were right above it must've hated it if they have anyone that slept in. It is understandable that they are trying to recover from the last hurricane so construction must happen! It's a great place to vacation and will definitely be back again!! Thanks to the ladies in the office who are so sweet and make sure to ask how your vacation is going and if you need anything.

This was a perfect spot for our family vacation. Unit #210 had been recently updated. 3bdr/2ba. Walk in shower in main bath. Kitchen is awesome with an abundance of cabinets and a great amount of dishes and storage containers. Laundry room has full size washer and dryer. Clean and well-maintained.

We have been coming to the Sand Dollar for many years but this time was a bit different due to the hurricane destruction. We were given a discount for the pool and hot tub being closed 5 out of our 7 day stay which we appreciated! Room 210 is beautiful but the patio door was broke the entire stay. We couldn`t go on the balcony unless we went thru the bedroom. We did tell management twice but it didn`t get fixed while we were there. Some of our favorite places were closed due to the hurricane but we will be back next year and see if they have reopened. The front desk staff for the most part is very nice and helpful.

We loved this rental. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was top of the line and clean. The view was beautiful. And the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend it.

Have been coming to Sand Dollar for a number of years and love the location and staff. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The property and grounds are kept clean. Although the hurricane took out the pool, hot tub and bathrooms; the staff did all they could to compensate for this by bringing in portable bathrooms and arranging use of pool/hot tub at neighboring property. We plan on coming back next year.

Our family has recently had the pleasure of visiting Sand Dollar for the third time, and each stay has been nothing short of fantastic. The property itself is stunning, impeccably maintained, and exudes a sense of relaxation from the moment you arrive.Located in close proximity to some of the area's finest dining options, such as Salt Rock Grill and Conch Republic, dining out is always a treat. The convenience of having these restaurants nearby adds to the overall charm of the location.The front office staff has always shown exceptional hospitality. We have been coming to this area for vacation for over 20 years and love the Sand Dollar. The ocean views are amazing and the accommodations are great. This unit was updated and well stocked with everything you need, we can't wait for our next trip.

Our stay in room 210 was so amazing!! This was probably one of the best vacations we've had! It is a very clean and beautiful place! Somewhere I can see myself living ! The place is very nice and easy!! You don't have a lot of walking to get to the pool or beach. We have been to places before where it was too much to get to all the places. We will probably be back every year! One more thing, I believe this is the perfect location because you're also so close to St.pete and Clearwater too!

Relaxing with beautiful ocean front sunsets. Easy access with Gulf Blvd trolley to restaurants. Holly, Annette and Dee are wonderful about addressing anything that might come up. Our condo had very comfortable beds and the kitchen has everything you need.

Have always had a GREAT stay at The Sand Dollar. We have stayed in unit 210 the last 4-5 times and found it quite fitting for our family. We initially went to Sand Dollar because they have a fishing pier.

Beautifully decorated condo with everything you might need. Amazing view from living area and master bedroom. The ladies in the front office were friendly and efficient. Appreciate that Sand Dollar has rules and adheres to the rules. Pool closes at 10:00 and pool lights go out; a parking pass is mandatory. We never had to search for a parking spot. And Candy Kitchen is close for really good ice cream!

Sand Dollar 210 was amazing. As pictures indicate it's right on the beach overlooking the pool. Condo is clean and comfy ...plenty of room for my wife, daughter, son in law and grandson. Well furnished and maintained. It has keyless entry however it is a little annoying that you need a key to access the stairway ...unless you want to wait for the elevator. I didn't figure out until the last day that the front bedroom blinds could be turned opposite to get the rooms dark at night. If you are looking for quiet time at pool - that's probably not going to happen as it's very active. Beach and pier are awesome. Not great area for biking as main road is very busy. If you want a great condo, beach, sunsets and action at the pool...this condo is for you!

We had a wonderful time at the Sand Dollar. The condo and staff were great. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the outside trash can neglect. The can on the pier was never emptied the entire week. The cans near the pool were overflowing every day.

Other than for the pandemic, our extended family has vacationed at the Sand Dollar for over 20 years. The condos are always as advertised ie clean with modern appliances. We take a Gulf view condo because it overlooks the pool, the hot tub, the pier and of course the Gulf beach. Sunsets are gorgeous. We're booked again for next year!

The Sand Dollar (Unit 210) was the ultimate 'winter getaway' for the four of us.....a beautifully appointed and impeccably clean condo, stunning daytime views of the gulf, breathtaking sunsets....all the comforts of home combined with perfect weather! Looking forward to our return in 2024.

We had a wonderful week in 210 at the sand dollar. Check in was great and easy. The ladies there were friendly and helpful. The room was super clean, we didn't feel any need to wipe anything off. And it was as beautiful as the pictures. Everything in the condo work and the air was extra cool. Lots of chairs on the balcony made it nice for everyone to sit. And the floor was amazing and clean, the extra runners in the hall kept the sand off your feet! We would definitely come back, the only thing to mention is the walk from the elevator was far if you have a mobility issue! The rules say don't save poolside tables but that was not the case, the same people got up early and put their things on table and left. We would definitely come back

The condo and location were great for our family. From the adults to the teenagers to the pre-teen, every one was able to find something to do. Being right on the beach was a plus. Everything you need for your family was in the condo and the onsite management company was great!

Really enjoyed our stay at Sand Dollar. We stayed two weeks. The staff was wonderful and the accommodations and amenities were excellent. The only downside was the increasing prices. We cannot afford to stay for two weeks anymore so we will be looking for other places to stay, but it was a wonderful vacation.

Our 2nd year in a row to Sand Dollar. Great place again. Had 410 last year. Logistics went well. Pool is a good temperature and hot tub is fine.Great view and the Pier is nice.Besides some upkeep going on both years, the place is managed fine. It's good to go somewhere and know what you're going to get. I'd recommend this place.

I would definitely recommend the Sand Dollar if you are looking for a family friendly beach vacation right on the beach. We recently traveled to the Sand Dollar over the Memorial Day weekend. Upon arrival we discovered the air conditioner in our unit was broken. I called the 24 hour emergency line as we had arrived after hours. They immediately scheduled a technician for the next morning and within one hour the air conditioner was fixed and we had the best vacation. Annette at the front desk is so wonderful and accommodating. You could not ask for a better onsite property management team to ensure your vacation is nothing but fabulous. The resort was very clean and everyone was so friendly. One thing to note is this is a family resort with many kids and families trying to enjoy the beach, pool, and amenities. If you are looking for a quiet atmosphere without children this might not be the place for you. We had a few older groups around us that did not appreciate the noise from the kids. We have teenagers who were fairly quiet and kept to themselves and had a great time. The little kids did not bother us. For us it was nice to see all the families enjoying themselves after what has been a rough year with COVID. The Sand Dollar is close to the restaurants along Gulf Blvd. The beach was wonderful and literally steps away from your room. We rented chairs and umbrellas and it was so relaxing. We are very grateful to the owner of condo 210 for allowing us to spend a week at your beach paradise. We will definitely be back next year!!!

We have stayed off an on for the last 15 years. An older building but a lot of rooms have been redone. Ours was room 210 and a very nice remodel and well maintained.
