We loved our 2 weeks at this unit. The sunsets are spectacular!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This was our second year staying in Sand Dollar # 206 It is absolutely beautiful. We found our home away from home. Staff is so nice and helpful. Love the hot tub and pool. Reminds me of being at a resort.

Condo was great. Very spacious and clean. All the amenities. Beds were comfortable. Grounds, Pool and hot tub were excellent...we were impressed all was up and running considering the extensive hurricane damage from fall. And the the beach was the best! Staff were. Very friendly and helpful The only suggestion I would have is the bedroom carpets could be cleaned as there was some stains. I would highly recommend the Sand Dollar

We've been staying at Sand Dollar for 20 + yrs. It's a great location to anything needed— restaurants, shopping, inland, airports etc. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The hallway bathroom could use updating but we were rarely there. It was nice to have a cooler, beach chairs/umbrella and towels to borrow.

Great vacation especially since the hurricane caused so much damage all along the Gulf coast. All the staff tried very hard to make everyone enjoy their stay.

There was construction happening because of the hurricane...but the pool was open and clearly the staff was trying to assist in any way to make your stay comfortable! I am shocked at how they were able to be open when residences all around were not! We will return!!

Enjoyed our family vacation. Beautiful view of the ocean & the pool was a hit for the kids. Had an issue with a musty smell & it's most likely the carpet since the smell was in the two bedrooms with carpet. The dressers also had the musty smell and we weren't able to use them. The front desk provided us with dehumidifiers in both rooms and we bought an air purifier to help. If you have allergies you should skip this condo unless they replace the carpet

I have been vacationing to Indian shores Florida for 30 years now. My family and I recently stayed at the sand dollar resort for Labor Day weekend. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It's clean, private, perfectly located, great front desk staff, beautiful views, etc.. perfect place for families with children. Can't wait to stay there again.

We have been coming to the Sand Dollar for over 15 years. We have stayed in this particular unit quite a few times. We enjoy it each and every time. Beautiful gulf front views!

Almost everything was great. I say that only because the elevator wasn't great. LOLVery secure property.We had a nice relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this to family & friends. The view werebeautiful there!

It was a very enjoyable week. We were pleased with the condo and appreciated the entire staff; especially Holly. The only 2 concerns were both in the master bathroom (the 1 closest to the front of the building) - the shower head had no pressure (almost a trickle) and there was mold around the shower floor.

Our family has been vacationing on Indian Shores since the 70's. The Sand Dollar Resort has been our favorite over the years and our recent week spent there was the best ever. Our 2 bedroom unit was spacious and well outfitted with little need to bring extras. Beach towels and toys, board games for rainy afternoons, cable TV, and noodles for floating in the gorgeous Gulf waters. I have already booked our return next summer. Hats off to a great staff who were responsive, personable and very welcoming. See you next time!

We rented 2 units(Party of 12)-All was great except the parking. We needed one more parking spot and you wouldn't help us out. With the holiday finding public parkinig was horrible and it was frustrating to do while on vacation, so next year this resort will probably not work for us as much as we loved it. There were plenty of spots opened through the night so not sure who was using up the spaces during the day that you couldn't have issued us one more.Great stay and great vacation, thank you!

We have been coming to this area for 20+ years. We have stayed at Sand Dollar for at least the last 12 years. We have never been disappointed. The property is very clean and well kept. The ladies in the office are amazing. Always friendly and helpful!

The condo was clean, but could use a little updating. It would be nice to have paper towels, cleaning pads for pots & pans, dish soap supplied.

Condo was great! Had a great ocean view, friendly staff, was spacious, clean and had the basic necessities for its guests. My only complaint would be the outside chairs. Would be nice to have nicer, comfy chairs to sit and relax in. Those plastic chairs are not the best. Overall, great place to stay, close to restaurants and activities, but far enough away from the crowds. We will be back.

We stayed in room 206 of The Sand Dollar. There were a few maintenance issues that were handled properly and as fast as possible. Overall was a great stay and will come back again, for a third time, fourth time, etc.

Our family had a wonderful time. Have stayed here several times in the past. I will caution you to read the fine print on the check in times. Check in STARTS at 4, your condo might not be ready until 6.

We have been coming to Sand Dollar for many years and have never had a bad experience. The rooms and building are always clean and well kept and the office staff is absolutely wonderful!
