This condo was exactly like it was pictured. The space inside and the views were amazing. There were a few maintenance issues that came up during our stay, and they were fixed within an hour. The management company was great to work with also. Check in and out was easy.

Like all Sand Dollar Condos this one is perfect. The balconies have a perfect view of the Gulf, condos are very clean, well furnished and comfortable. Also, they are larger than most rental condos and if you need anything to make your stay better the office staff is outstanding!

I have been coming to the Sand Dollar for at least the last 15 years and have never had a bad experience. The condos are always clean and have every amenity I would ever need. This past March was no different even with the hurricane destruction they suffered everything was done to make my yearly vacation enjoyable. The staff is always so helpful no matter your need.

We had a great time at our stay at the Sand Dollor Resort. Very nice condo and very large space, our only beef would be the palm tree that needed cleaned that obstructed part of our beach view. We enjoyed our week stay there and plan on returning in January 2025

This was our first time doing a full family beach vacation and our first time with JCResorts. I was a little hesitant at first because I had never heard of them. But I am so glad I did. The unit was much larger than expected and beautiful! Beds were comfy, unit was clean, and the view was gorgeous. The photos here don't do it justice! We stayed for a week in October and the pool was perfect and the kids loved swimming in it. The beach is beautiful and not crowded like the more touristy spots in Clearwater. Nice property - very nice pool, good location. Could use additional towels. Also, some of the bed pillows need replacing. Could use a few more kitchen baking pans. VRBO fees are too high.

The condo we rented for a week was very nice. All of the amenities were as advertised. The resort management staff was excellent and responded to a problem quickly and effectively to get it fixed.The location is excellent with a beautiful beach and pool area and access to Tampa and St. Pete.

The Sand dollar property is nicely located for beach and water activities as well as easy access to Tampa and St. Pete. The condo was clean and easily met our expectations. Property management quickly helped resolve one needed repair to the glass slider to the balcony, so future guests should have no problem with it. Some unavoidable noise from other's rolling luggage at times, but overall the noise level even with lots of families with kids was fine.

We came down for a family gathering at a hotel nearby but needed something a little bit bigger for our family of six. After lots of searching this unit popped up and the listing looked beautiful and it was also everything we needed in person! The view of the ocean was perfect, the unit is on the second floor so we were able see our teens on the beach and in the pool! The unit was spacious and comfortable and we'd definitely book here again!

Nice quiet place. Its locked down like fort knox so you can have your privacy. The room was very roomy and had everything we needed. Nice amenities (grills,tables,pool,hottub.private peir to ocean) would stay here again.

The unit we had was clean and nice the only complaint is, they need to buy new mattresses and sheets. The mattresses are thin and cheap. The sheets felt like there was popcorn in the bed. Very balled up, cheap and worn. If they buy new mattresses and sheets the unit would be perfect!

Condo was just as advertised. Our family of 3 had plenty of room. Condo was clean, organized and kitchen was nicely stocked. Pool was clean. Short walk to the beach. Check in process was easy and the ladies at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. Location is great! Very quit place. Clearwater is about a 20-25 minute drive. My only complaint would be the bathroom fans. They need to be upgraded. We kept them running constantly to help with the moisture. I did tell the front desk and they sent someone to check It out the day we left. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location...short drive to Clearwater or other beaches in the area. The ocean front view was amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the deck drinking coffee and eating breakfast each morning and then enjoyed the beautiful sunsets in the evening from the pier. Condo is nicely furnished and provided lots of space. Only steps away to the beach. Umbrella and chair rentals are available; perfect for a little shade on those hot sunny days. The pool was a added bonus after a long day at the beach. We loved that the pool ranged from 3 feet to 6 feet deep. Will definitely consider staying here on our next visit to Clearwater area.

CLEAN! Very friendly front desk/other guest. Salt water pool was great with a toddler. Perfect beach area, everything you could need to cook with was available, also delivery from the liquor store was super convenient. Will be staying here again in the fall.
