Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 111 is a GOLD rated CORNER two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 111 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada along with Free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 111 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs.

This vacation rental comes with local gym access at no charge.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). 111 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

Recovering from Hurricanes. Pools not open but able to make use of the pool 2 hotels down. Nice location. Very large unit with comfortable furniture and beds. Unfortunately a musty smell and extremely damp. Nothing would dry. Sometimes floors were quite wet from tge dampness. I would probably stay again after recovery. Front desk employees were great.

My family and I had an excellent stay at this condo. The condo itself is HUGE and so is the couch in the living area. The running joke was how long the hallway was, but you get used to it. Plenty of space and friendly front desk. We will definitely be returning to this exact unit!

We had a great vacation. Our condo was right above the pool-very nice location. The condo was clean and well stocked and large enough to accommodate our family of 6. The only negative for us is there is only 1 elevator which was quite slow- thank goodness we were on the first floor we mainly took the stairs. We would definitely stay again!!

We loved this location as well as resort. The only issue was our beds in the second bedroom. They were platform beds and leaning. We had maint. come up when we got there and they fixed it but it did not last we had to sleep on a slant the whole time. The pool area and pier was our favorite part of this resort. Everything was also very very clean.

Had a great vacation. Condo was very clean and comfortable, view of the ocean was amazing. Huge comfortable sectional couch and big screen tv was great especially for watching March madness:). Indian shores is a great beach community with yummy restaurants and ice cream shops. Overall we had a great vacation in Indian Shores!!

The condo was clean. We had plenty of room. The view was just as the picture. Loved being on the first floor and close to the pool and beach. We have next year already booked. The staff were friendly and easy to work with.

Been coming every Thanksgiving for last 5 years. The family has enjoyed staying at the SAnd Dollar and will likely be back next year.

Staff was great as usual, Austin was very helpful. Did not like not having the linen replacement every Wednesday. The room needs some work they did replace the mattress in master bedroom for us but the furniture in living room needs some work very uncomfortable.the lawn chairs need cleaning.

We love renting at Sand Dollar it is perfect location and the unit -#111 was updated and very clean this was are 3rd year and we booked before we left for next year we come with friends and we all enjoy it . Hoping they can update the doors with key pads sonyoubdintnhave to carry a key with you all the time to have access to the stairwell other then that we love everything else

We rented 2 units - both were updated, clean, and all of the things needed to spend a week away from home. Pool, hot tub, beach - great weather equaled a great week with our family.

We had such a great time renting the condo right on the beach! It was nice to use the pool & be able to go walk on the beach anytime!! The condo was perfect for our family of 4 for a week! We really enjoyed our stay that we already booked again for next year!! The staff was very friendly & helpful & provided excellent customer service! We really enjoyed Seabreeze Island Grill for dinner! The food was really good! We also enjoyed taking the kids for a milkshake at Candy Kitchen nearby!! Thank you again!
