Awesome! We had no problems with anything. We got to check in early. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to use for cooking, etc.

This condo was spectacular! Clean, new, and the owners thought of so many details, puzzles, books, games, stocked the kitchen with everything you can think of. We loved every mi Ute.

This condo is so beautiful! We have stayed in 106 for years and every year it's been great. So beautifully decorated and very clean. We appreciate how much the owners put into this condo to make it feel so warm and inviting.

To begin with, the staff are very nice and professional. We found that they really went out of their way for us. The rooms and the location are great. I really like the attention they pay to security. Well some people may find it aggravating, I like knowing that the only people at the pool are the ones who are staying there. Even though some of the work is on going the majority of the work that would affect visitors has been done. Not just done but beautifully done. The owners obviously made the decision that as work needed to be done they would update at the same time. The pool area is stunning with lots of space round the Tikki huts.and comfortable sun loungers.The garden area looks wonderful with really thoughtful planting. It was a real pleasure to be back and enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Our first time in Indian Shores did not disappoint. Our family loved the more quiet laid back vibe as opposed to some other busier beaches nearby. The rental we had was one of the best compared to a few others we were able to take a sneak peak at. Room 106 has a farmhouse charm and is located conveniently so you can use stairs with ease and be on the beach in a minute. The two palm trees in our ocean view were in the perfect spot and made for some great pictures on the deck. Kitchen has so much more than we expected. Closets also had a few pleasant surprises: floaties for the kids, beach chairs, and even beach towels you could use! Everything worked besides the ceiling fan in the back bedroom (which happens to be the warmest room even with the AC on) and one of the main bathroom lights. We would definitely come back to Sand Dollar and room 106! Lastly, the staff was the most friendliest and helpful I've ever met. Questions were answered, extras we needed for our room provided, and that made for a peaceful, worry free, first time experience.

Nicely decorated and clean condo. Loved being on the 1st floor, hardly ever used the elevator. Saw dolphins every day from the balcony. Staff are amazing! Have been staying at Sand Dollar every March for the past 6 years, #106 is my favorite.

We love this area and Sand Dollar. We had a great 2 weeks. Our condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The staff is wonderful!! We had a couple of minor repair issues that were taken care of immediately. Even when the weather was not great the pool was warm and the hot tub hot! We look forward to a return next February.

Our family vacation started at a property that was under construction. After speaking with JC Resorts, they were more than happy to relocate our family to another location. We were relocated with a flawless transition. Sand Dollar Rooms 106 and 406 were clean and beautiful. The actions and caring exuberence expressed by JC along with wonderful service , weather, warm pool and HOT tub,resulted in an excellent, memorable vacation for our family. I've stayed with JC 10+ times throughout as many years and they never dissapoint. THANK YOU JC Resorts for giving our family a wonderful vacation experience! We plan to return as soon as possible.

This was our 4th time staying in Sand Dollar 106 and we just love this condo. Very nicely decorated and so clean and spacious. The front office is always so friendly and will hop on any items right away. We can't wait to be there for next summer.

This was the perfect getaway location & home away from home for our family! The unit was up to date & spacious. We loved being on the first floor balcony with 2 young kids which made for easy trips down to the pool/beach. The property was well taken care of and the proximity of the Sand Dollar to restaurants, shopping, & routes inland was great! The daily ocean front view was remarkable - highly recommend this unit & the Sand Dollar!

It is a perfect location, and the condo is attractive and spacious. The view is fantastic. Improvements could be to replace the mattresses (a bit too hard and worn) and update the bathrooms and fix the balcony light. Overall, though, it was a delightful stay. We were thrilled that the unit offered beach towels and beach inflatables and beach toys.

We have been coming down to this condo complex for 8 years now. The staff is always so nice and helpful. This particular condo was new to us. It was updated, clean, and great views as always. There was a problem with the shower that was attended to within a day. I would recommend not only this condo, but the entire complex as a whole. We will be back!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a lot of complications with the trip and they made sure I didn't have to worry about anything when we arrived. The room was excellent and updated. The entire staff was very friendly. The pool was clean and inviting. The access to the beach was very easy, even with 2 young kids.

Overall, I had a nice stay at Sand Dollar 106. As I had mentioned to the front desk staff at check out, I felt that the owners who stayed on the property made the visiting guests very uncomfortable by reserving the tables by the pool very early in the morning and staying all day, every day. It made it hard for anyone else to enjoy the space. The room was clean but the comfortors on the beds needs to be washed in between rentals because you could clearly tell that this was not done.

What a wonderful place. 5 stars all around. Our unit was well maintained, clean and updated. What a Great location. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. You can walk, drive or ride the trolley. The front staff was very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck looking out to the ocean. We had a few issues that were addressed very quickly. The only glitches are some of the light switches and missing grab bars in the bathrooms. We'd love to come back and we will definitely recommend this to our family and friends.

I rented 2 units from the Jc Resort at Sand Dollar one unit 106 was immaculate and beautiful ! The other one unit 309 was not as nice as far as decor. Beds were not comfortable and AC never felt like it cooled the unit ! On our last night we finally figured out that it was because it was in fact not working ! Of course that was too late to find a solution. The pool AND HOT TUB were a huge plus and the private pier was amazing. We didn't have to fight with dragging tents down. Overall I was very impressed with this property especially unit 106! We will book here again .

Returning to Sand Dollar for 5th time and what a great trip! Family of 6 in a 2 bedroom worked out well. Our condo was immaculate and nicely redone. Everything was clean and sanitized. Only complaint was the master bed mattress needed to be replaced. Again great trip!
