The check in team was so pleasant and were able to allow us to get in our room early as it was cleaned (noonish) they were all very professional as well

Property itself is in a beautiful location. So close to the beach. Unit we were in was nice but looks like a lot of repairs need to be done. The layout of the unit was very odd but worked for us. Pool area was nice but in the afternoon these little black bugs appeared which was annoying. No fault of the property, just nature.

For years we have stayed next door, but it was still down from hurricane, so we were moved to Sand Dollar. This year was particularly special as we were celebrating my Mom's 90 birthday and had multiple family members of different ages with us (we rented more than one condo in the building) although none were small children. Our unit was nice and very spacious. Needs a few bathroom fixes. The building needs more than one elevator. The rules are a little over the top with signs everywhere! Property management from JC is always so incredibly friendly! However, one woman at desk was very rude (especially at check out) and should probably find a different job. Considering all things we would stay there again and recommend it to others!

Although my vacation was cut short by Hurricane Helene, we enjoyed Unit 102 for the short time we were there. It was a beautiful condo that was well maintained and welcoming. We will absolutely stay in this unit again! The ladies in the office were a pleasure to deal with.

We had a great stay at the Sand Dollar - again ! Apartment was huge and has everything you need for a perfect stay . Best part is that it in the beach with great uninterrupted views of the Gulf and every sunset . Pool is great as is the Hot tub . Location is perfect - everything is close by . The team at JC resorts are so friendly and helpful . Thanks all for the perfect holiday ( vacation )

Huge condo decorated beautifully with everything you need including beach towels. 2 beach chairs but one was broken. Staff was super helpful and kind. Very secure with specialized keys and codes. Pool is saltwater and pristine along the the huge hot tub. The view was the beach and gorgeous.

Having been returning to the Sand Dollar for many years it never fails to disappoint. The staff are great and the view is exceptional. We have stayed in many of the different condos and they are all well equipped and furnished to a very high standard. Some are more beachy than others but that is being picky. We booked for next year as soon as we checked out so there is no doubt in my mind where we want to be. One slight criticism is that although it is all self catering if you are staying 2, 3 or more weeks it would be good to have house keeping give the room a clean and change the beds. Not jobs I want to be doing on vacation.

The room was in excellent shape, Holly and Annette at the front desk make you feel like you are coming back home. The new paint color around the building looks great and it is awesome to see the same friendly faces year after year.

This condo is so pretty - the furniture and decor are very nice - the beach view is great and I love that it's an end unit - the check in and check out was very easy - I'll definitely rent again.

Sand Dollar is the perfect place for a family vacation. Beautiful beach, fishing pier, nice big pool and hot tub, volleyball net, and very friendly and accommodating staff. Lots of restaurants nearby. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the first floor with easy access to beach and pool.
