Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From arrival to departure everything was a breeze, apartment was well maintained, clean and everything that was needed for a nice relaxing week. Renovations are still ongoing but it was amazing to see the Ram Sea being restored to all it's glory. Thank you once again and we can't wait until we return

Pros:Condo was great! Clean, well kept & everything we needed. Great size for a large family - esp with teens. Location was perfect - right on the beach, lots of options close by. Cons:THE ELEVATOR! Only one REALLY old elevator for each building. It was sooooo slow and cramped and hot. Checkout day was a nightmare d/t everyone trying to move out at once with only one elevator - at one point it shut down completely.Parking was really limited and no covered parkingPool was closed

Three couples stayed in the condo: my wife and I, our two grown children, and their significant others. We had plenty of room. Even though our son and daughter had to share a bathroom it worked out fine.Two of the bedrooms include HUGE walk-in closets connected to the bedroom on one side and the bathroom on the other. They would be perfect as an additional close-by bedroom for young children.The condo was bigger than anticipated. Everything was clean and in working order. We loved the balcony! An added bonus is that it's next door to the Doubletree which is a 2 minute walk for an excellent meal or a break at the Tiki Bar.We will definitely return!

Our family enjoyed the condo, it was beautiful and very comfortable! The condo was tastefully decorated and very clean. The ocean view is spectacular and we saw dolphins almost every day. The exterior of the property and pool appear dated. In the afternoon the pool was packed with having one pool for two properties. It was a great location where we could walk for coffee, restaurants, and parks.

We stayed in 612 again. We have been coming back for 6 years. We are coming back in December. Always have a great time! No issues, love the keyless entries for the rooms now.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE !!! This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this unit and we could not be more pleased. Well supplied, always clean and comfortable. Sheets on beds seemed dirty so we laundered them ourselves as well as any blankets we used. Thank you to the owner who makes us feel so comfortable during our stay. Ceiling fans on the deck ARE FABULOUS addition. Kenny's Diner up the road was a great breakfast choice. We had more than 40 family members staying for annual gathering and we loved it!!

Our family of 18 rented 3 different condo rooms. All rooms were clean & decorated nicely. Close to restaurants, shopping & grocery stores. Would definitely come back!

Renting with JC management was such an easy and stress free experience, from booking to check out. I rented Ram Sea 612 it was a beautiful condo that had everything to make your vacation feel like it was your home you were staying in. The property was immaculate clean, updated, and decorated just right for the beach. The location and amenities were quiet and very family friendly. The best part is the beach and ocean, with the beautiful sunsets. I would definitely recommend and stay here again it was absolutely amazing, thank you JC management.

We usually have a great time when we are on vacation at Ram Sea l. We've vacationed there for many years now. This year was a little different due to the mandatory evacuation for Ian. The condo was still wonderful and we enjoyed our stay even though we were disrupted.

We have been going to JC Resorts Ram Sea since 2014 and every trip is always amazing. The staff go above and beyond and the condos are well maintained with extra amenities to make the stay perfect. We love this place and have stayed in different condos and none have disappointed.

We stayed in your condo for a week with our two children and their spouses and our 21 month old grandson. We rented equipment from Our little suitcase and the closet space off the bedroom with two beds was PERFECT for the crib! The furniture was beautiful and the linens were amazing and bright! The kitchen appliances were up to date and beautiful. Everyone commented on them that came to visit! But the thing that we LOVED the most was the fans on the deck!! We would definitely look into renting your condo again in the future! Thank you for making it unbelievably homey! The only thing we were dissatisfied with was the elevator. It broke down three times during the week we were there.

We love coming to Ram Sea Condos. The condo was beautiful and well maintained. The office staff is great and if anything is wrong they send someone up to take care of the issue quickly. Love the beach and location, very convenient to many things. We have returned for many years now.

Great place to vacation. Condo was clean and spacious. Patio was great for a morning breakfast over looking the Ocean. Pool was clean and well maintained. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Beach was not too crowded and plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. My family had a great week.

We had such a great time staying at the Ram Sea. The room was beautiful and was very large. The views from our balcony was great. Loved that there was a few shops and restaurants we could walk to. Our family had a great time and definitely will be back.
