Ram Sea 610

The condo was fantastic. Very clean and up to date with nice furniture and everything you need to cook. The view was spectacular. We will stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. our room which we have had for 5+ years now is due for a face lift and especially a new mattress in the master bedroom. The dryer was not working either. We love the end unit and 6th floor but would need some upgrades to stay again in this particular room

This is a gorgeous condo with beautiful furnishings, gorgeous bathrooms, and a view to die for... Every night is a postcard Perfect sunset! We've stayed at Ram Sea several times and love the area. We love the beach, the pool and grounds are perfectly kept! The staff is so accommodating and friendly... They go out of their way to accommodate you... We've already booked our next vacation at Ram Sea!

Very nice room. I was a little disappointed on the cleanliness of the floors and living room furniture. Cleaning crew did not clean floors or sofa. There was a lot of sand on floors and sofa. I had to vacuum and wipe down the sofa. I understand we are in the beach, however coming into the condo on day one, it should be free of sand on floors and sofa. Overall we had a great time and loved the condo.

Ram Sea 610 was everything that J.C Resorts pictures and ad described. Beautiful ocean view of manatees, sting rays, dolphins, and yes - sharks right from the balcony. The area is well maintained, the pool was crystal clear, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The master bed mattress was a little soft for us, but the rest of the accommodations were spot on. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

This was our 6th year in this condo. Owners of this condo continue keeping all areas upgraded and in good condition. View is always great.Weather this year was fantastic.Condo has everything we need for our stay.It was not expected to have construction work going on when we arrived, but understood it was necessary.I guess pool closure was because of the construction work going on.Building elevator was only down for 1 day this year, vast improvement from last year.Pam and Michelle were great helping us anytime we needed.Only a couple of items that we think needs attention: Item 01-getting housekeeping service for condo as we did before COVID. Robbie cleaned the condo numerous times and I believe that is was cleaner when we left compared to we arrived. Cleaning products and a mop would be very helpful, something we could borrow from staff. This is true for those who are in one condo for a length of time.Item 02-get outside clock back at pool area. It is amazing how many times we would look at that wall to see what time it was.Painting of building has improved the appearance so much better.

We arrived earlier than expected to our apartment and a good few hours before check-in, none of this was a problem for the fantastic staff. They made sure our apartment was ready and had us checked in super quick.The facilities are well maintained, frequently cleaned and overall very pleasant. Our only complaint is the fact we had to leave.Thank you for a perfect stay and we look forward to our next visit.

Ram Sea 610 is a carefully attended to and updated condo. The owner has made sure that all of the spaces are clean, comfortable, and updated. The beds are very comfortable. Loved the bathrooms.

The condo unit 610 in Ram Sea II was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances big and small. We usually take crock pots with us as we don't know what to expect but we didn't need to bring our own. The only issue was the can lights flickering over the dining room table. An easy fix and didn't ruin our vacation. Overall a great place to stay. The staff was very diligent and friendly going about their work. I can't wait to come back to this spot again.

This is our 6 th visit to Ram Sea, different condos each time but all terrific! The view from all balconies is exceptional. The staff helpful and prompt. Love it here .

This was our first time at North Redington Beach. It is a great place for a beach vacation. The condo was fabulous! Plenty of space, vary clean and the views are unbeatable. We would suggest a high quality bedding and mattresses, but our stay in this condo was amazing! Easy access to the beach, easy parking and hardly no traffic at all.
