Ram Sea 513

Great condo unit in a great location. Clean unit, comfortable beds, comfortable furniture, excellent appliances. Only comments are the primary bathroom sink stopper would not stay up so we just used the other sink. No hot pan holders so we used a dish towel. Wish we had been given a starter roll of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tabs and counter cleaner, but we got to the grocery soon enough. Overall five stars for sure!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this unit and it had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to see the 3 beach chairs, and big lot of beach toys when we arrived. Also, there were 6 beach towels in the master closet. The condo came with plenty of towels, hand towels, and wash clothes. Also hand soap came with the condo. We were given a disposable cloth for wiping down the counter or doing dishes, also two dishwasher pods which was also helpful. We had to buy dish soap and the condo came with salt and pepper but no spice rack so I ended up buying pre-seasoned everything (meat, fish, chicken, rice, etc). We brought our own laundry detergent and found out the dryer does not dry clothes very well. The king size bed didn't come with a fitted sheet, just a padded mattress topper so that was kind of weird to sleep on. Otherwise the bed was comfy. Condo came with playing cards, pinnacle deck of cards and some games (rummikub, uno, dominos and a couple more), also a writing pad to make a grocery list was nice. Came with a large crockpot, blender, glass leftover containers with lids, wine glasses, and many kitchen appliances we appreciated. The pool was under construction as well as the hot tub and the entire patio. The noise was not a problem for us as the workers were slow with their progress which I'm assuming/guessing is because lack of permits to rebuild from the county?! The 20% off discount was efficient because we used that money we saved to go do other fun things. Many convenience stores are still boarded up as well as some restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the conch republic grill (best coconut shrimp I've ever had, also their homemade bread was addictive), and the backwaters was within walking distance and they had live music and 2 for 1's happy hour special. The condo was beautifully updated, tastefully decorated, well maintained, comfortable, clean and you can't beat the location. We absolutely loved this unit!!! Everything was beautiful and new... We did not need one thing. It was all supplied!!! We love JC Resorts; they are the absolute best!!! This particular unit is absolutely gold star !!!

We had a great time as usual. The master bathroom did have an issue with the toilet. We had spoken to maintenance when he was there to change light bulbs and he said he would be back to fix it. We had to leave the lid off the tank and manually fill the tank each use as he never came back to fix it. Other than that, highly recommend and we will be back. I believe this is our 13th year staying with JC Resorts:)

We loved our condo! The owners provided so much more than we've ever had in other condos (beach towels/chairs, cooler, extra blankets/pillows, etc.). We really appreciated those things! The only complaint we have was the cleanliness when we arrived. There was a lot of dust in the bathrooms, the toilets had pee on them (I have pictures), the floors did not seem to have been mopped as our feet/socks were dirty very shortly after arriving. For the cleaning fee that is charged, I definitely expected better.Outside of our individual condo, the building seems to be well maintained. The pool is always extremely crowded, it is small for the amount of people that the 2 buildings hold.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. Had an issued when arrived, but staff helped to quickly get this resolved. Everything was nice. The dryer took a long time to dry the clothes which made washing daily a little bit of a hassle. Location was good, not too busy. Would definitely stay again.

We have been staying at the Ram Sea for the past 15 years. This is the first time. It was top notch! Beautiful unit, decor was very tasteful, great beds, and very clean. We had a great stay!

My family had a fabulous stay at Ram Sea! The beach and views were stunning. Our condo was just lovely and had everything we needed. We felt right at home! Wouldn't change a thing and will definitely be back

Had a great rental experience! The condo is a beautiful condo over looking the gulf. Beautiful view. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The furnishings are all very new and nice. The management is very helpful and efficient. If we needed anything they took care of it immediately. This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this condo and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Our experience was wonderful. We do however miss the beach volleyball net there used to be. We wish they would put it back up. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utilities. In the past when we've rented the rooms they have been spotless but this time there was still sand residue on the floors especially in the bedrooms.

little noisy, the painting work outside the condoes was quiet, but hearing the surface hammering chisel at 8:00am every day got old. they said no pool but they left the prep part out.

We LOVE it here! Stunning Gulf front view every morning! We have been returning to Ram Sea unit 513 for the past 4 years. All the amenities of home, easy check-in and check-out, JC Resort Staff is very kind and welcoming. This unit has always been clean upon arrival and if there is an issue, JC Resort staff is quick to respond, and very accommodating. The unit is beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds and plenty of room to move around with 8 people. Very easy too stay in and cook meals, as all of the necessary kitchen utensils are provided! We love staying here and highly recommend unit 513!

This is a cute condo- well stocked! Beds were a little stiff so most of our backs were hurting but that's pretty common in hotels/condos unless they are getting new mattresses regularly. I recommend adding foam toppers which helps! Ice maker didn't work all week but I let the office know. Office team is always so helpful & kind! Forgot to tell them water pressure in guest bath doesn't work well- my sister has thick hair so it took forever to wash and rinse... perhaps the owners might change out ? Otherwise beautiful stay with awesome view of ocean!

We love the area and JC Resorts and the Ram Sea. great amenities, close to everything and love the beach area. Hot Tub is a big bonus. This one bedroom condo fit us perfectly. This particular condo needs some updates especially the beds, hard to sleep in, curtains needed and carpet needs replaced. For us it was ok, we are outside most of the time.

We really enjoyed our relaxing vacation overlooking the Gulf. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing. Our condo was beautifully decorated and very cozy. The pool and hot tub areas were very clean and relaxing. We will definitely plan to book another vacation here!

What a wonderful place to be able to totally relax and enjoy the beach and water. The beach is very nice. The condo is GREAT and very comfortable. Restaurants and shopping are all very close. There are lots to sights to see or just sit and relax and soak up the sun. The Ram Sea Staff are great! Can't wait until next year.

All in all everything was great. The only downfall was the elevator in the second building being down the day we arrived. It was up and running mid morning on Sunday. Staff was great in getting that taken care of.

We had an amazing time at the RamSea. Room 513 was really nice. We loved the way it was decorated and it had all the comforts of home there. They only problem we had was with how clean it was. The cleaning staff never changed the sheets. All of the beds were missing the flat sheets. It needed dusting badly. All of the fans were extremely dusty and the floors were dirty.

This may have been one of our best rentals ever. It was super clean, cute and beachy. Location was great (short drive to Johns Pass and Publix) parking was a breeze, check-in and check out was easy and smooth. Covid safety was clearly a priority, pool and hot tub were great. Our Unit was recently updated and the care and detail the owners put in to their unit made me feel like we were staying at a friends place.
