Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Considering the damage from the recent storm, JC Resorts staff were so helpful and kind to make our stay pleasant. Though the beach/pool/hot tub area suffered damage the staff did everything within their power to make our stay pleasant.

Had a wonderful time. Everything was great. Staff was phenomenal especially Pam, made us feel like family. The unit was beautiful and the balcony was directly over the beach and gulf front. We loved it here will definitely be returning.

Despite the hurricanes, we thought the property managers have done a really good job of maintaining the property to the best of their ability.Our only suggestion would be in #508 there isn't a safety bar in the bathtub and we were very nervous when taking a shower! The tub itself was good tho because it had a non-slip base. We sincerely hope that Florida can recover from the storms as it is such a wonderful place to vacation. We are Blue Jay fans so spend a lot of our time in Dunedin! We ate at Backwater Restaurant and enjoyed the food and music at the weekends. Good Luck to all of you. Sincerely, J&R

We were a little disappointed that the pool was still closed, because last fall when I called, I was told that it was scheduled to be open by mid-January. But, we did get a discount because of this situation.

My sister and I have been coming to stay at Ram Sea for close to 20 years.We both feel your biggest asset is your staff. The wonderful team of professional yet caring ladies is what keeps us coming. The most precious of these ladies is Pam. Thank you.

Our room was nice, however, there were long hairs on the shower tiles from previous vacationers. Totally grossed me out and made me wonder how clean the bedding was.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The condo was a perfect size for my husband and I. It was very clean and had all the kitchen amenities needed.

We had a great experience at Ram Sea. It was our first time staying here and we couldn't have liked it any more than we did. The condo was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and there were some restaurants within walking distance. The staff members were super helpful and friendly too. We loved it so much we booked again for next year.

Had a wonderful week in the Indian Shores: North Redington Florida area. Stayed at the Sea Ram on Gulf Blvd. The staff at front desk were friendly & helpful. My condo was spacious, beautiful beach view from my balcony. Amenities were appreciated . Close to many restaurants, & shopping. I felt very safe in this area.

My wife and I enjoyed our Ram Sea stay very much. Check in was fast and friendly, the entire staff was always there to help us in any way.The room was clean and comfortable with a outstanding Gulf view. Already booked it for next year

JC Management does a great job. Our one bedroom unit was in the mid priced range . Overall it was good . The biggest improvement they could make is to improve the beds and linens.

First time at Ram Sea. Overall an excellent experience. The only issue was the elevator broke down on Friday afternoon with no update on when it would be fixed. It made moving out difficult since we were on the fifth floor.

I was supposed to stay 2 weeks prior to my stay but the hurricane forecast showed a direct hit to Tampa . I was charged extra for changing the dates . The manager refunded 92 dollars for my Veterans discount . I dont know why i was charged to change my reservation if a hurricane was coming . I should have been charged the original price minus my Veterans discount .

Our condo was a one bedroom, perfect for our family of four. It was very clean and had all of the basic amenities we needed on our trip. The view is literally a "million dollar" view. The staff was very helpful. Excellent location on the beach and nice pool and very large hot tub. We will definitely be coming back.

This was our 2nd stay at the Ram Sea and it was just as good as the first. If you are looking for great beach to enjoy, this is the place. Excellent location, beautiful view of the ocean. We will be back!
