We live in St. Petersburg and have been vacationing at The Ram Sea for years. It is located on the best, least crowded, beach on Florida's West Coast; yet it is close to everything you could ever want to do on a beach vacation. The rooms are always well maintained and conveniently equipped. Additionally, you won't find a better organization to work with than Pam and her staff at JC Resorts.

Great oceanfront view and clean, functional condo. We had family renting several in the complex so it was even more fun to be that close to the beach. The pool and hot tub areas were not open and there was some minimal construction due to the past hurricane, however they were forthcoming about that and offered options to compensate. It had everything we needed and it’s a great location.

In short the rental property is in need of upgrading. The rental is dated with the type of furniture and appliances. The couch and some of the appliances need to be replaced due to wear and stains etc. The staff was great! Pam IS THE BEST!

This was our fourth year with JC Rentals and it was great as usual. The condo was beautiful and the view was amazing. Always have a great time and the staff was VERY helpful. Pam was wonderful. Will be back.

Decent. I have stayed with guests Latzo's several times. This unit was my least favorite. Bathroom light didn't work.

We love coming here, the location is wonderful, and the staff is helpful and courteous. Our unit was not very clean overall, which was different than in past years. We notified the staff of a couple of big cleaning issues and they were addressed almost immediately.

We have been going to the RamSea for about 10 years now and we rent approx 4-5 condos the week my family is all there and will not go to any other place. The condos are always clean, the staff is always kind and helpful. Keep up the good work.

Our family of 6 adults spent 7 days at Ram Sea 503 the last week of June. We arrived at 1:30pm by Shuttle (Capt. Steve's Luxury Transportation) from the airport and Pam was kind and let us store our luggage until condo was ready. Check in was at 4pm, but room wasn't ready for us until 4:45pm. This kinda sucked, but like everyone, they are short staffed and working hard. We headed next door to Mangos for lunch and a drink. (Ask for Daniel) The condo had plenty of room for all of us and we loved the view from the 5th floor balcony. The furniture and décor is dated, but works. The beach and weather were perfect during our stay. Recommend renting the beach lounges with umbrellas ahead of time. The pool and hot tub are pretty nice too! The condo was clean-ish, but giving them a break since they seemed to be VERY busy with the amount of condos to turn over. Sheets and towels were clean!!!! The trolley made it easy to get up and down the coast, so we didn't need a car. Recommend John's Pass (Bubba Gumps Restaurant) and Crabby Bill's Restaurant in Indian Rocks Beach. (Lyft and Uber are also options) Overall we had a great family vacation making memories and will definitely be back!

This unit needs updates. All of the mirrors and white furnishings need to be replaced. The furni9 has numerous spots that really need cleaned. The tile floor was very "gritty" when we moved in. We enjoyed the balcony and the beautiful view of the Gulf. All of the outdoor areas were very well taken care of. And the location is wonderful!!!

We always love our stay at Ram Sea. We were a little disappointed this time because the unit was not as clean as other times we have stayed here. This Unit also needs some upgrades, in our opinion. That said, it was a wonderful family getaway for Thanksgiving and we enjoyed our stay with the beautiful view.

We stayed at the Ram Sea with two adults and three children. We had a wonderful experience, as we always do! We have been staying here for several years. The office staff are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The grounds are kept very clean. The room is spacious and well kept. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Already looking forward to our next trip back!

We had a wonderfull time, this was our first time in 503. The view was phenominal from the top floor. The unit was clean and well taken of. We enjoyed all 10 days we stayed here it was just like a home away from home.
