Ram Sea 501

Everything about this condo was fabulous. The views from inside and the balcony simply took our breath away. It was a full 180 degree panoramic. It was so beautiful to watch the waves and gorgeous sunsets. But the condo itself was really pretty too. And it was super comfortable, extremely clean, and best of all no bugs. The management company that ran it was also friendly and prompt about answering questions, and the location was close to so many things. We had such an amazing and wonderful time, and we highly recommend it to others wanting a wonderful vacation!

The condo is lovely and well appointed! We have already reserved 501 for next year! Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, nice bathrooms and plenty of seating in the living room. The whole place is bright while remaining cozy. I would love some more kitchen towels and dishwashing cloths. See you next year!!!

My family and I have been coming to the Sand Dollar and the Ram Sea for a number of years . We love it, it's close to home , yes feels like a real getaway! Our unit was very clean and nicely furnished , comfortable beds , which is very important to me . The view was beautiful. The pool was nice although a bit too crowded for me . I wish there was a second pool at the Ram Sea , I think there would be room . But we love the location to the surf shops , mini golf and good family restaurants and ice cream treats . My grandchildren always love coming here... it's tradition

We stayed for a week in July/August 2024 and location was amazing, right on beach, walking distance to shops/restauraunts. Unit was extremely clean, updated and beautiful with an amazing ocean view. Appreciated the cards and games, cooler, beach chairs and beach umbrellas provided in the unit. Will be staying again!

It was our second stay at Ram-sea, first time in unit 501 and it was amazing! Unit 501 is so spacious and well decorated. We loved it. The view is amazing!

Overall the condo was very nice and clean and we had a great vacation. The water coming from the kitchen sink had a sewage like smell that would not go away and the elevator in the building broke 3 times during our stay. The 3rd time it broke was the night before our departure and it made it extremely difficult to pack our vehicle being on the top floor. This was a major concern and frustration.

I have vacationed in North Redington Beach for over 25 years and it never disappoints. Since I began staying at Ram Sea Resorts I haven't wanted to be anywhere else, the staff and accommodations are second to none. I highly recommend it for anyone who's looking for relaxation in the sunshine state.

We stay every year at Ram Sea. And this had to be the first time we have had any issues. First, the condo floors were not clean. There were puzzle pieces on floor. Also food particles and hair through out the unit. It was obvious the floor had not been vacuumed or swept. We had to do it because we had young children with us. Cable did not work in front bedroom. Notified front desk and two days later it had not been addressed. Contacted front desk again and someone came right up. On day of check out, cleaning ladies knocked on our door around 9:15 even though checkout wasn't until 10:00. Told them we would be out in a bit. They stood at our door waiting. Had to ask them to move their cleaning items so we could even get our luggage out of the room.

We have chosen to stay at the Ram Seas for the past several years and as usual this time was just what we needed. We moved from a 1 bedroom/1 bath next door to a 2 bedroom/2 bath and enjoyed having the 2nd bathroom and additional space. The condo was beautifully decorated with a beach theme and appliances were in good working order. The view of the beach was super nice and we spent many hours just walking the beach and enjoying the sunsets and the warm waters. I guess my biggest draw to this property is the availability to enjoy the Tiki bar located just steps away and there are several restaurants that are within walking distance that we enjoy. We also recommend the beach chair rentals which are available through "Kevin" who is nice enough to move our umbrella as the sun moves during the day. The neighborhood appears safe to us and the office help was very nice as we arrived about 30 minutes early and were able to get into our room without much difficulty. My only negative comment was other condos we have stayed at have had some of the staples available in the condo such as salt/pepper, napkins, paper towels and none of these items were available so we had to make an additional trip out for these as we typically do our grocery shopping prior to arrival at the Ram Seas. There is a Dollar store fairly close so it wasn't a huge deal, that was something found a bit annoying nonetheless. Its a great place to relax and if you want to do tourist type activities there is a lot to do that is close by. In fact, this year we hardly used our rental car as we walked most places we visited. We have decided to return to this condo next year and have already made our reservations. Its a respite for the busy life we experience back home and was just what we needed.

Condo was immaculate, only things I would recommend is to have "Grab Bars" put in both bathrooms for safety to your older guests. A wall clock in living room and a bigger table on the balcony.

Had 2 disabled women with me on the 5th floor. We lost 2 days of having to stay in our room due to elevator being broken. We made the best of it but was very very hard and inconvenient and stressful.
