Ram Sea 412

We had a great time again at Ram Sea. So good to be back again after Helene and Milton last year. Always love our stays. The grounds and pool are back to being beautiful, still working on some things. We'll be back again. Love our stays always!

The absolute BEST! Our room overlooked the beach and ocean. Sunsets breathtaking. Parking plentiful. Condo spotless. Kitchen fully equipped. Chair and umbrella rental - easy! Check in friendly, smooth, and they even recommended a place to get an amazing lobster roll. This was our first time in N Reddington and it will not be our last!

Once again our experience was very good. The improvements in our unit were much appreciated.The ongoing work and absence of the pool availability was managed very well. We felt the discount provided was fair.We plan to return in future years as the property meets our needs very well. One thing wide wish that would be considered would be if there is a way to provide a short window of the right of first refusal once reservations are opened up. It is nice to be able to have the confidence that you can return to a unit that you are familiar with and enjoy.

Great time as usual. Pam and her staff are amazing people and it's always well kept around the grounds. Security was nice to see they have an extra set of eyes on site.

An excellent property and an excellent experience. Would give this property the highest marks on everything except........the elevator. It was slow, overworked, and broke down once during our stay.

Condo was clean & cool when we arrived. Everything was as it should be !Beds were comfy which always makes for a great vacation Kitchen was stocked & laundry room was great !The added beach umbrella & chairs were great !We checked in after hours so communication was on point .Staff was informative, polite & professional. Will stay here again ..

Overall, had a great week in Ram Sea 412. The only comment is that there is some furniture (couch in bedroom and wood table in living area especially) that could/should be replaced or removed as it's aged and really worn. Also, there were no beach chairs or umbrellas in the unit to use, so we purchased and left chairs there when we left for others to use in the future. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room.

Room 412 was spacious but needed updating. The couch cushions were so worn down you could feel the springs when you sat down. The small pull out couch in the master bedroom leather was pealing and worn down. Certain light fixtures were broken and had no light bulbs. It would be helpful to have a broom in addition to the vacuum to keep up with the sand each day. The welcome kit for the kitchen was nice but could add on a small bottle of dish soap would be helpful.

As always the service provided by the management staff was exemplary. Their attention to detail and attentiveness to guests needs beyond reproach. We were however, not happy that the hot tub was once again unavailable and there appeared to be very little progress on the work being undertaken by the contracted staff. Also, having stayed at RAMSEA we are very aware of the quality of the suites in both I and II and have decided we would never stay in 412 again. The kitchen was well stocked, but the furniture is well past its stale date. All of the couches were incredibly uncomfortable and the wood tables unsightly. We actually found the pool deck furniture more comfortable. We will return to RAMSEA, even as early as this April, but we won't book that suite again. New paint job and upgrades that have been completed in RAMSEA I are delightful. We are looking forward to our return.

Property it's self was great and doing maintenance as needed. But our condo the owners need to some updating ( painting,living room furniture was hard to get out of and the loveseat in master needs replacing) will return to the resort again but a different room

We had an incredible experience at Ram Sea II. This was our first time staying in this area and it was nothing short of amazing! Very well kept resort with friendly and helpful staff! The beaches were calm and beautiful every single day! We could not believe how clear and calm the water is comparing to our previous vacations in the panhandle. Small town with the small town feel and mom and pop shops and restaurants which were all great! We will definitely return in the future!

We always enjoy staying at Ram-Sea with friends each year. The property is well maintained and Pam at the front desk is a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working this time which was a disappointment. Our particular unit does need an upgrade in the master bathroom - still has an old bathtub. The front door needs painting on the inside. But overall we had a great time. We will definitely be back next year!

Had a very good vacation time at Ran sea resort,the Office staff were very kind,the appartement was exellent, right on the beach very confortable,the beach,the pool, everything was exellent, will definitely come back

My family and I stay at Ram Sea frequently. Although we have never had a "bad" condo, there are some that we liked better than others. Unit 412 was one of those units that we loved! All of my adult children that came to stay also loved the unit. We will definitely book a vacation in Unit 412 again! Very well maintained! The maintanence of the pool and hot tub area is also excellent. Ram Sea staff are friendly and welcoming.

We had a wonderful week at Ram Sea. The view was beautiful and there was always room to sit at the pool. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a couple grocery stores close by. The condo was clean and had plenty of room. We look forward to visiting again!

We love staying at the Ram Sea! The location is great! Not to busy, but plenty to do. The condos have such amazing views! Friendly, helpful office staff too!

Beautiful and very roomy condo for my family of 6. Balcony had lots of room and perfect views of The ocean and beach. Plenty of dishes/utensils and pans to cook. Washer and dryer was very convenient. Dryer does take awhile to dry more than a few towels though. Mattresses could be replaced with a little more softer and the shower head in the master bath sprayed rough. Only minor things that may not matter to others. The building was kept clean and always plenty of chairs at the pool. Grounds were very manicured and always plenty of spaces to park.

We have been coming here over 20 years. This is our favorite place. Pam the manager is awesome she took good care of us. The staff is also awesome. We always have at least 5 rooms for the 4th of July. All of our friends and family come with us for our family reunion.

Tho condo has a beautiful beachfront balcony, was clean and comfortable, and in a great location convenient to many shops and restaurants. The staff in the office was very kind, and provided us with anything we asked for.

Enjoyed our stay snd having a beach front view. Having a nice restaurant next door was good. Unit was nice, clean and updated. The office staff was very friendly and efficient and went above and beyond. Thank you! Will come again.

Enjoyed our trip! All concerns were addressed in a reasonable timeframe! The pigeons had made a nest on the balcony, with 2 chicks. They had also made quite a mess on the chairs of the balcony, but maintenance came and did a great job cleaning all of this WITHOUT disturbing the next. Our grandkids enjoyed watching the babies grow!
