This was a great find for us. We had to pivot to a second location for our 2nd week when we found this listing. Huge upgrade from where we were. Very comfortable, clean and conveniently located.Beach was awesome pools were well kept, and staff vey friendly.Would love to return next year.

What a great turn of event, Steve! So glad you found Ram Sea 306 when you did! It’s always a win when a last-minute switch ends up being such a big upgrade. Sounds like you were able to settle right in and enjoy it all from the comfort of the condo to the easy beach days and well-kept pools. This was our 9th year at Ram Sea, which is in a great location and easily accessible to all the places we like to visit (restaurants, golf courses attractions, etc.) The unit is always very clean and well supplied with everything we need for the week. All staff are very friendly and accommodating. Although this was an unusual year with Ram Sea still recovering from the effects of last fall's hurricane, everything went smoothly and the construction workers seemed to make sure that noise and disruptions were kept to a minimum as much as possible. A great vacation, as usual.

Our condo was outstanding. The back bedroom was a little warm, but the fans that were provided helped. My view, the condo accommodations, check in and check out process, the staff downstairs and the entire grounds of the Ram Sea were outstanding. My unit was super clean and I had everything that I needed while I cooked. They exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to go back!!!

This was our eighth consecutive year (exception for COVID year in 2020) at Ram Sea. All our expectations for a great stay were met, just as all the years before. Even though there was renovation going on, it didn't impact us in the least. All staff were very friendly and accommodating, including the workers doing the renovations. Our unit was very clean with all modern appliances. Everything was in working order. Hope to be back next year!!

Ram Sea did not disappoint. The condo was neat and clean and already for us. The late check in worked wonderful even as we came in, in a rain storm. The front desk clerks were very polite and helpful answering questions. Would consider staying there again.

Everything was wonderful, from the room and all it's decorations to the extra towels from being in the pool and the staff was all so nice and happy they always said hello, we will definitely be back.

Fantastic view, white sand, great condo, big enough everyone had space. 3 adults, 2 kids. Great pool and friendly staff.

My husband and I were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. We had visited Treasure Island in 2021 and liked it except we thought this trip we would try a quieter area and booked in Indian Shores at the Sand Dollar.Problem was the STRONG smell of cigarettes' smoke as soon as we opened the door! It was after 11pm when we arrived so in the morning we asked what our options would be since I would not be able to spend a week there.The manager at the front desk was busy and she still made a way to help us out and found a condo at Ram Sea. Since we did not have a car the gentlemen that does the Accounting for JC Management offered to drive us to Redington Beach to check out the condo at Ram Sea. We ended up making the switch since it did not have a cig smell.The woman at the front desk at Ram Sea where also WONDERFUL. Pam, Mary and Alexa (?)We had an amazing view of the Gulf and beach!! We spent more time on the deck than in the condo!The 2nd bedroom with 2 doubles was bright and cherry with bathroom. The Master was darker because the window looks out to the interior hallway.Compared to some condo's this one was limited in what they stocked.The Gulf Blvd Trolley was disappointing this trip..waited over an hour once. Another time we began walking because it had not shown up. One driver mentioned that it is often due to drivers not showing up to work.Had dinner again at Middle Ground..Exceptional!Thanks to the team at JC Rst for making our trip wonderful!

Our stay was wonderful, as usual (7th year at JC). Staff very professional, helpful and friendly. Our unit was very clean and fully supplied with necessities. Facilities were great (pool and spa and beachfront only steps away). Location was perfect for our favorite restaurants and golf courses.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful.Our 3rd time to stay there. We did have a problem the first morning when we used the oven to make muffins.The smoke alarm went off because the oven had an inch of grease in it. The stove top burners were also dirty.We were told by housekeeping that the people before us trashed the place.That is so not right for people to not respect others property.The housekeeper came right away and cleaned the oven and stove top.The condo could use a little upgrade in the kitchen area, but otherwise very nice.Our wish is that the tent people would not take up the whole beach right in front of the condo.We like sitting at the tables in the heat of the day, but you can not even see the ocean for all the tents and lawn chairs.The pool area and table area is very nice and very clean, well kept

We have stayed here several times. We love the beach front. Pool, hot tub, common areas are always clean. Front desk is always helpful and kind.

We have been here a few times. It's always been a great week!! The units are roomy, comfortable and the staff is more than helpful if you have any issues. Our a/c was not working and they sent someone right away to resolve the issue. The pool and hot tub were clean and not crowded and it's close to a few restaurants either a 5 min. walk or 10 min. drive. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great stay.

We had a wonderful vacation at Ram Sea Resort in March! The staff at the front desk are amazing and go above and beyond what is expected. Staff were all very kind and professional. The pool and hot tub were very clean and warm. The beach was wonderful and the kids enjoyed playing in the waves! We would highly recommend Ram Sea and Sand Dollar Resorts!

We were very blessed to have gotten the very last condo to fit our family at JC Resorts Ram Sea I. Annette from JC office was very gracious and caring of our bad hotel experience we were currently in for the week. She and another staff person there (on her day off) connected us to Ram Sea and they were just as kind and accommodating once they discovered one lone condo was actually available. The condo was clean and quite nice. Beds comfortable. The only negative was that particular condo had no cleaning supplies, paper towels, napkins, or dish soap. The office was able to supply us with two dishwasher pods and trash bags. We enjoyed the walk out to beach access via the pool. JC Resorts has been our go to for Florida vacation. They have not failed to impress.
