Ram Sea 214

The location is perfect. The beach is beautiful and there are restaurants and bars in walking distance or a trolley if you want to go farther down the beach. Large heated pool, hot tub and 4 gas grills that are for both buildings. No need to carry keys everything is combination pads. We stayed in room 214, large 3 bedroom/ 2 bath corner unit with large patio. Room could use some updating. Sectional couch is wore out and separates constantly beds are ok. Kitchen has plenty of plates, silverware and pans. Staff is very helpful.

Although we were disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not yet functional, we were able to enjoy every minute of our time together. The ocean became our new playground.The staff as usual were very friendly and helpful.

This rental was very nicely decorated and equipped. I would stay there again and definitely recommend to family and friends. We were given a discount because of no pool and no hot tub (hurricane damage). The front desk was extremely sweet and helpful. The one amenity that was truly appreciated was the HOT water!!! We were able to take hot showers and baths. Hot water heaters are often turned way back, but not this one. We had a great week and wish we could have stayed longer!! Great place!! Thank you to all!!!

Check-in was so easy. The condo was clean and ready for the week. I love having two beds in each room. It gives us a great place to put our bags and clean laundry. The only complaint is that the kitchen isn't as well equipped as we'd like. Other than that it was perfect! We had plenty of places to sit in the living area. I love having a TV in every room. Thank you to JC Resorts for the job they do managing the facility. We are reserved for next year, same condo.

Accommodations were great! Only complaint is that the dryer lint trap looked like it hadn't been cleaned out in quite some time so when we went to use it there was lint all throughout our entry.

We have been staying at RamSea since 2016, with our children and grandchildren. The excitement starts to mount around Christmas as we start our countdown. The property feels like coming home every year. From the beach access to the sunset views any all the activities in between our family thoroughly enjoyed our time. Our yearly trip to mini golf was a highlight as was the visit to the bird sanctuary, we're each grandchild got a souvenir. We always enjoy at least one dinner at Salt Rock Grill.Until next year!Pam and the front office staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful.

Love Ram Sea! The view is amazing, right on the beach, poolside and hot tub just steps away. Food and shoppes in walking distance. Great Family vacation, clean and the staff is always willing to help with anything. Only recommendation I would want is to upgrade the TVs in the room to smart TVs, so at night before bed my littles could watch their favorite movie

We loved it! We've been going to the Ramsea for quite a few years and return every year (or twice a year) as it always pleases. The staff feel like family, the units are well maintained and even though sometimes we have to miss something (like the hot tub this time) it's only because they DO maintain the building with higher standards than some. We will be back again in April with even MORE family. See you soon.

In the condo 614 the new furniture was very nice. We have been leaving messages or reviews about the carpet really needing to be replaced. It always looks dirty and spotted. In some areas. It is worn completely down to the plastic underneath the carpet. We plan to come back next year and hopefully that carpet will be replaced. It is looking very bad and extremely dirty. We enjoyed everything else about the condo.

My husband and I travel to Florida and stay at Ram Sea every year! This was the first time staying in unit 214 with 4 of my girlfriends and it did not disappoint! The unit was great, the beds were very comfortable, and the updated bathrooms were very nice! It could use a rug in the living area and an updated kitchen but didn't affect our stay in the least! Also, we were not bothered by the work going on around the building! The weather and beach were amazing!! Pam was great helping with the reservation and attending to all of our needs! Looking forward to a repeat with the girls next October.

We have stayed at Ram Sea for last several years. First time in this unit. Overall very nice unit, just a few things could use updating like kitchen. Sink could use a garbage disposal as well. Wished the kitchen had a few more kitchen tools and stuff as we cook every night. Couch is a great size and color however it is material and with all the sand seemed to always be sandy. Rooms very comfortable and new a/c installed while we were there to make it very comfortable. Great beach and pool area. We will be back next year.

We have been coming to Ram Sea for 9 years. The location is fabulous! The rentals are nice. However the exorbitant rate hike for next year (60%) has us coming for just 3 weeks instead of 5 next year and maybe not at all after that. The resort manager, Pam, is wonderful. There were a lot of unhappy long time renters.

The condo was well laid out, furnished nicely. Had all the utensils needed. All appliances worked fine. Our only problem happened on day three. The condo above us was being renovated. That morning a jack hammer was used to remove floor tile. Nothing could be done. The contractor had a permit and association permission. By noon they finished jack hammering.On site management was accommodating and friendly.

This is the 10th year that I have been renting a condo at the Ram Sea. The condo units have always been clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchens have everything needed for meal preparation. If the kitchen needs an item just ask Sara or Pam at the front desk and they will make sure you are accommodated. I enjoy preparing a variety of fresh fish from the fish market nearby. The pool is heated and gives me a chance to do my water aerobic exercises.. Since we are on the beach we can walk a short distance and swim in the gulf. So nice to watch the dolphins play in the ocean from the beach. Manatees also often come swimming near the shore line. The sunsets are stunningly beautiful and can be enjoyed from the porch area. Ram Sea #214 is a 3 bedroom unit. This gave my family and friends enough room to sleep, enjoy meals together, and sit out on the deck together. The washer/dryer is full sized and there is plenty of space to hang clothes up to dry. The condo is well maintained and anytime I had a question about the TV, heating/cooling system etc. Pam sent a person to help with directions. There are restaurants within walking distance, the bird sanctuary is nearby, lovely boutiques within a short driving distance and many other points of interest. Writing this makes me want to return soon and I am grateful to be returning in May. Hopefully once you come to the Ram Sea it will become your favorite beach destination.

The condo is absolutely amazing only issue we had was one of the workers at the resort were rude to my children in fact one even called them idiots that is completely unacceptable we reported to the front desk....otherwise we absolutely loved our stay will more then likely return

We stayed for 7 days and enjoyed every day. Our unit was beautiful and clean. The employees are friendly and helpful. We will be back next year. I have told my fiends and family they should go here.

My family and myself recently rented two rooms at the RamSea II resort for a week. The rooms and balcony were in great shape. About the only complaint I have is the number of people who did not have reservations parking their vehicles in the parking lot and taking up space. Although there is a sign indicating unauthorized vehicles would be towed I never saw it happen during our stay. Other than this and the Red Tide the our vacation was excellent. A nice place for families and close to may attractions and restaurants. This was our fifth stay at JC Resorts.

My family comes to St Pete every year for vacation. We usually stay at Emerald Isle, which is a wonderful condo. However, this one was just a little bit better in the details. The rooms were beautiful. There were a lot of extra pillows and blankets. The paint in the rooms weren't all scuffed up. I loved how there were 2 beds in every room. I loved how you just needed a key code to enter the pool and fences. Our condo had a towel drying rack on the balcony which was a great detail and so useful. The AC kept up with the weather and kept us cool. The outdoor area was awesome. It has a beautiful pool and hot tub area with lots of outdoor seating. There was a rollaway cot in the closet and I used it as extra padding on my bed. Every condo I have ever stayed in always has terrible hard beds and that extra pad on the bed made my back pain free every morning. The only tiny drawback is that the condo is right by a public beach access. There are a lot of people that come and set their tents up and walk by, especially in the weekends. It's not a big deal and wouldn't deter me from renting again. Overall, we will try and rent out this condo every year. It was great!

I was very pleased with this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. It was right on the beach with easy access. An awesome pool and hot tub area to hang out in. I have absolutely no complaints and would definitely stay here again!
