despite storm damage to exterior the units we rented were great. Have been going to ram sea for approx 20 years and look forward to next year with a restored pool too!!!! Pam and co. did their very best!!

Ram Sea 212 did not disappoint. We stayed for 2 weeks. Everything was exactly as described when we rented this condo. Due to the hurricanes they endured we were unable to use some amenities such as the pool, hot tub and bbqs. We knew this going forward and enjoyed the condo and the beautiful beach. This was our second year at this resort and can't wait for another stay!

We had a wonderful girls vacation at Ram Sea Condo 212. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The beach was very nice. We loved our chairs and umbrellas that we reserved several days for $35 a day. they would come by and move your umbrella as the sun moved around. The condo was very nice. All places have something that you think you might need that you can't find there. They leave you a starter of toilet paper, paper towels you will need to get dishwashing liquid and liquid soap for bathrooms and kitchen to wash hands. having a washer and dryer was very nice and they did have a wagon a tent, some chairs. The girls and I enjoyed our stay would recommend it to others to rent.

Very rooming, large bedrooms and closets. Amazing location - just a few steps from the ocean. Very well equipped with everything that we needed. We had a wonderful vacation!!

The property description was accurate. The property was well maintained and clean. I would recommend this property to friends and family. An additional propane BBQ would be a welcome feature.

This is our 4th time staying at Ram Sea. As always, it was everything we expected and more. Clean, family friendly, and right on the water. Got lucky this year and the weather was perfect every day. We will be back.

This is my 8th year of staying at the lovely Ram Sea Resort. I have been renting 2 or 3 times a year for the past 8 years. Always feel save and eager to enjoy my beach vacation. I stayed for 2 weeks this time and I am grateful for such lovely accommodations.

Condo had anything we wanted. Beautiful place with all amenities. Washer, dryer, complete kitchen, & beach chairs too. Right on the beach; couldn't have been more perfect for watching the sunset every nite.

This Ram Sea development is well located and offers wonderful access to the beautiful Gulf beaches. Well furnished and fitted out, it offered the base for a great holiday.

I'll give five stars for the Ram Sea resort. Love the location with easy access to Tampa, ST. Pete and Clearwater. Condos provide EVERYTHING you need. Property management is very professional and always available to alleviate any concerns. My family have enjoyed this resort for 35 years. I am quite active and enjoy golf,fishing,bike rides,grilling,entertainment and of course the BEACH. The sunsets are AMAZING!!!

We have stayed at the Ram Sea many times over the past 20 years. It is by far the best spot on North Reddington Beach. Love the cabanas, the seadoo rentals, the tiki bar next door at the Doubletree, the barbeques and watching the beautiful sunsets off our balcony. So close to great restaurants and our grandkids love the daily visits from the ice cream. Love it all!

This was our 5th time coming to Ram Sea. We love the location and being Gulf front. Close to shopping and freeways. We have had the same room 3 times but will change rooms next time. Unit need updating. We stayed in a beautiful unit last year. But hopefully this is the exception. Beach side Tiki bar next door. Great food and drinks. You can rent double wide lounge chairs, as of this date they rent for $35.00 per day. Or use the Ram Sea for free. Staff is always very nice to work with. Great location for sunset weddings. Will be back in October of 2023.

We had a great week here. Lots of great restaurants nearby and also went to the local Publix and stocked up the fridge with snacks, breakfast items and drinks. We will be back again!

This unit needs some updated furnishings. Ceiling fans on balcony would be nice. Exhaust fan in main bathroom needs to be replaced very loud.

Our family had a wonderful relaxing time at the beach. This is our second year in a row spending April vacation at Ram Sea. We actually booked for next year as well. But in a different condo. This condo was just average. The Master bedroom was in the back by the outside hallway. ( It should have been facing the beach) Noisy at times. The bed was very uncomfortable and the condo needs to be updated. The staff was great and the property was clean.

we enjoy the location & bedroom on the gulf but some features have gotten shabby. Front bedroom carpeting worn & dirty. Back bedroom toilet takes multiple flushes

The location was perfect for my family. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping! Loved that we were right on the beach and access to a pool and hot tub. The condo was perfect for a family of 6!

Ram Sea is a nice facility close to restaurants and grocery stores etc. Easy to get too and traffic is not bad. Nice amenities. Dishwasher didn't work very well and beds are hard. Otherwise the room was very nice and had everything we needed. Gas and charcoal grills onsite. Heated pool was comfortable for March. Hot tub was roomy but not as warm as it should have bee. Nice ocean views from room, pool, and hot tub.

This is my second time staying here. I find the area not too crowded and I like that I can go next door to the Doubletree Hotel to have dinner. Will stay here again.

My family has a Beach Week every year. We travel from various parts of the US and meet at the Ram Sea, in North Redington Beach , Florida. We've done this for 12 years and have had a great experience each year. The Ram Sea condos are clean, spacious, and well equipped for a week at the beach !

My wife and I had a great stay. Check in and check out was very easy and the staff was very professional. The condo was well-maintained and the view from the balcony was great. We couldn't of picked a better location!
