Ram Sea 211

It is a great place to stay!! We've been renting from Ram Sea for the last 13 years. It's right on the beach.All the condos face the gulf. The staff are great to work with especially Pam. All are friendly!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. My family has been visiting North Redington Beach for quite some time. The beach and the community are great. We take two weeks every April for some rest and relaxation. This is the third year in a row we've rented this unit. Last year the dish washer was broken when we arrived. We waited over a week for a replacement. This year the ice maker wasn't working, and the refrigerator wasn't cooling very well. The area rug was a tripping hazard due to the corners were rolling up. The 12" 1980's Tv in one of the bedrooms didn't work. The cheap Bed frame collapsed in the Master bedroom. With that being said we won't be renting this unit next year. Other than that Ram Sea was great to deal with and were very responsive.

Despite no pool this year my family was merry happy to make our annual return. Pam and co. were very helpful as usual. Looking forward to next year!!!

The entire experience was great-from check to checkout. We arrived early, so our condo was not ready. But they gave us the code so that we could use the pool and dressing rooms.That was a great help in the 90+degree heat. The condo was everything we could have asked for. Very comfortable and spacious. The balcony overlooked the pool and beach and was great. The only thing I could complain about that was that there were some guests who didn't adhere to the quiet time after 11:30 pm and I could not sleep with all of the noise at the pool.

I can't say enough about this unit and the location of Ram Sea. I would absolutely pick this unit again - 211. The LR furnishings were super comfortable and accommodated our group. More beach items than others as well. Loved being able to rent a cabana on the beach and use the tiki bar at the Doubletree. Very happy for the keypad locks on the unit doors also. Great management - great everything.

Our family visits this location every year in April for two weeks . The condo was really clean and comfortable. When we arrived on Saturday and the dishwasher wasn't working. It was replaced but not until the following Tuesday. Afternoon. Then the Dryer stopped working in was fixed several days later. I would really recommend pitting in emergency calls and have issues like this resolved quicker. The living room tv is quite old and really needs to be updated to a smart Tv so your guests can enjoy streaming movies and shows for the kids on those not so good beach days and evenings.

We spent three weeks at Ram Sea ll in February. The first two weeks the weather was somewhat challenging but we managed to take advantage of every sunny day. The last week was wonderful and more what we usually have during this time. Our unit was well equipped. The furniture and decor were very nice. We love how convenient Ram Sea ll is to the pool and the beach. You can't beat those beautiful sunsets every night from your balcony. We are signed up for next year!

Great condo and location! Pam, from the office, was very helpful. Mattress in main bedroom was not the best and kitchen had everything that we needed except for a pizza cutter!

We had an issue with our rental at Beach Palms and needed to leave early due to a water leak. Pam saved us by luckily having a cancellation for three weeks. We have already booked for next year. Mgmt was Fabulous to work with

We have been vacationing here for years. I almost hate to share with the rest off the world how great this place is for fear it may be booked the next time we are ready to go! The condos are so clean and comfortable and close walking distance to some great restaurants. The beach is beautiful and the pool area and grilling area are so nice. There are always maintenance people around sweeping and cleaning.

We love Ram Sea and JC Resorts. It is such a well managed and maintained property. The level of customer service JC provides is vastly superior to the usual. This particular unit is nicely remodeled, very current and comfortable. The kitchen and baths are beautiful and the beds are great. It is very difficult to top the combination of location, view, service and amenity that Ram Sea offers for a condominium rental. There were some elevator issues that JC handled as best they could. The value of having the property manager on site should not be taken for granted. We love being centrally located to Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg, without the crazy traffic you see in Indian Rocks and Treasure Island. It's not hard to see why there are so many long time repeat renters. Highly recommended; next year is already on the books!

ELEVATOR KEEPS BREAKING. This is the second time I've stayed at the RamSea in less than 12months and both times the elevator broke. Unacceptable. Unit 211 didn't come with paper towels or dish soap in case you didn't want to use the dishwasher. For the price these items need to be included. The shower curtain liner has significant mold and needs to be replaced. Front bedroom to the right needs a new mattress. Too bouncy and sink in the middle.

No complaints here! Beautiful location, beautiful unit! Lots of fun! 4th time staying at Ram Sea, we always pick different units. They are all great and all very clean.
