It was very nice. It was our 3rd time staying at Emerald Isle! The beach was of course my favorite part. I could easily spend more time there.

We've stayed at JC resorts for 3 years now and we wouldn't change anything. Everything and everyone was just great!!! We loved it and can't wait to come back!!

My sister and I love our time spent in several of your unit.You do have an asset in Pan the manager of the office. She is great and helped us survive the no elevator for 2 weeks. God bless her and her team.

Our condo was very nice, clean and convenient to everything. We loved the location. The pool was great and spent most of our time there. There were 26 family members in our group and we did nothing but eat and relax! Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us.

We had a great time at the ram sea!! My only wish would be a black out curtain in the bedroom. We shut the mini blinds but since the sun rises on that side of the building, the light still came in and made it hard to sleep in.

We stayed one week at the Ram Sea room 202. It was very up to date and had everything we needed. Beach umbrellas a beach cart beach toys and towels. Beautiful view and washer and dryer right next to the elevator on our floor, would definitely book again!

We loved our condo! It was the largest, most up to date, 1 bedroom condo we have ever stayed in. We came back to Redington Beach and Ram Sea after staying here about 25 yrs ago. So nice to see things had changed for the better. The condo itself was tastefully decorated and equipped with most everything we needed including beach chairs. Wish there had been some beach towels but we bought a couple and left them for the next people. Everything was very clean! The balcony was looking right over the beautiful white sand beach and had great sunsets! We were a little disappointed we had to wait till after 5pm to check in. I wish they had told us right away that it would be that late and we would have just gone to lunch but instead we just sat there thinking in a few minutes they would be calling us. We had some trouble with the TV but maintenance came and helped us fairly quickly. Some directions on how to operate all the remotes would have been helpful. We found several good restaurants right in Redington Beach and just a short drive to John's Pass where there are more restaurants and many shops. Great area and would highly recommend this condo!

My sister and I have been coming to your organization for several years. We love it and feel your staff at the front office are amazing people. We stayed in room 202and it was spotless. It had everything we needed for the beach like chairs, umbrella and noodles. We had a great time.

We have stayed at Ram Sea for many years and will be returning for many more. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Well maintained with nice upgrades and good placement of the latest technology. The Staff is very friendly, really great and ready to assist in whatever you need. The location is perfect. Shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities abound. The area has everything that one could desire. Oh, did I mention there is also a beach?

We arrived on Christmas morning, it was super easy to get the key from the lock box. Our condo was clean, great view of the beach & ocean. One thing I don't like is we couldn't use their washer & dryer. I don't understand why, because they will know which guest broke it. Most people I would think would tell them hey this happened during our stay what can we do to fix it? Least I would. They had beach chairs which was nice so we didn't have to buy any. The queen beds were comfortable. Microwave worked great and stove. We are hoping to stay in this condo next time.

My summer vacation is a family vacation. I love the area and the staff. I am always treated with respect and concern.The accommodations are great.The security staff are great and helpful.All of the staff are great.Pam,I thank you and your staff.Since my visit I have managed to get other people from Rome to vacation at Ram Sea.

Overall vacation was good. Unfortunately the red tide was there which cannot be controlled but it got better after a couple of days. The condo was fine but could use some updating. The TV remotes were not fun to figure out. This is the 3rd time we stayed in this unit. The Ram Sea staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful.
