Ram Sea 108

Good condo location away from the noisy pool. First floor made for very easy access to/from the beach. Elevator went out once, making it difficult for another in our party (with 2 small children) on the fifth floor. Beach itself and water were clean.

This is our second stay at the Ram Sea. The location is fantastic and a wonderful way to see Florida's beautiful sunsets! Our condo was clean but could use some updating. The JC Resort staff were friendly and very helpful to us when we needed supplies or to answer our questions! We will be back!

This is a comfortable, easily accessed unit with some updated, and some older accoutrements.The older kitchen appliances worked well. The microwave was newer. The coffee maker was newer and there are a couple extra coffee makers stored in the cabinet. Kitchen pots and pans and utensils are much older and used. The furniture is older and used and could use to be cleaned.The bedroom is good, with two comfortable beds and good closet storage. The JC Resort staff is excellent. Overall, we would stay in 108 again in the future.

We had a wonderful week stay, the view and the beach are breathtaking, our condo was very convenient, the location is ideal, pool is great, beach access is so easy. Our condo was not super clean, but it was acceptable, the toilet had some malfunctions, and the sofa bed was unusable as the springs were too uncomfortable, but our stay was still very enjoyable and we managed just fine. We would come back and recommend this place.

We love coming to Ramsea. We continue to be impressed by how the properties and common areas are taken care of. Being handicapped, I continue to lobby for the installation of grab bars in the tub/showers. In this unit the refrigerator temp control needs repaired - things kept freezing on the top shelf. However overall we had a great stay and felt welcomed by staff.

It very nice and is in a good location and view of the beach. The unit was clean and had what we needed for a week stay. The staff at the front desk are very nice and helpful.

We stayed for 2 weeks in August. Great location and always plenty to do nearby. We downsized from 109, which we had stayed in previous years. We were happy with the condo, although some updating could be done to the bathroom and beds. Management is great, Pam and the staff are always very helpful and attentive. We're already looking forward to our stay next year.

Generally everything in room 108 was minimal and cheaply done. The kitchen cabinets had a sharp end extending where you could hit your head on it. The kitchen lighting was such that if you stand at a counter you're shading the area you're working. The anti-slip at the bottom of the tub is worn out making the tub very slippery. The sliding door has a horrible trip hazard with about a 3 inch ledge sticking up. The toilet is cheap and so low you feel like you're sitting on the floor. The cooking utensils are as low end as I've seen in one of your units. When we came in there was sand in Florida hadn't been swept well. Generally JC Resort has been raising prices and adding different fees over the years, with less services. Using Covid as an excuse there is now no cleaning and Do it yourself towel services.

The location is superb! White, clean beaches, magnificent sunsets and the outdoor property is excellent.The interior of the condo could use some updating but we had everything we needed.Am coming back for sure!!!!

The view was beautiful! The condo was outdated and not as clean as it should have been. Couch was stained and bathroom was old. Faucet leaked, had to put a washcloth next to it to keep the water from running on the floor. Dusty overall and really overpriced. Loved our time in Florida and really were not in the condo that much except to sit on the balcony and sleep.

The condo was as described by the web site. I am a repeat customer and love this beach location. The condo is old but well maintained by management and owner. I would recommend visiting John's Pass.
