This year, Nila, Pam and their team found us a gorgeous condo for my wife's 60th birthday. She had one of those "Take Your Breath Away" gasps when she opened the door and explored the condo. It was gorgeous on the inside and the views of the gulf and even street side were unparalleled. The building was in a perfect location to easily access going into St. Petersburg proper or even going up and down the coast. JC Resorts manages the condo in that property but not the building and there were significant elevator issues that the Ocean Sands Property board of directors must deal with in regards to the malfunctioning of the elevators. That said, we had a wonderful time staying in a condo that was more just a home away from home! It was a paradise condo!!! Thanks Nila and Pam!!!!Dave & Kelly

Good location for walking to shops and restaurants. Beach is lovely but close to public beach access so can get busy and a bit noisy. Pool is shared by two blocks of condos so can also be busy. One lift out of order for a week but not too much inconvenience. You need to confirm the allocated parking space ideally when collecting keys as we didn’t know where to park till the office there was open two days later and is a tow away car park. Was ok though and didn’t get towed. Would book again.

My husband and I have stayed in this condo on 2 occasions and have already booked for Christmas 2024. Our favorite condo in Ocean Sands. Love the views from 3 different sides of the building and on the 11th floor. Need I say more?

The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. It is a good size with plenty of storage space. The kitchen is full size with newer appliances and stocked with cooking utensils. Great location on the beach with a fantastic view. Walking distance to John's Pass. Couches were comfy. A couple of suggestions: For us the mattress could have been firmer. Coasters would help to protect the glass. In addition to the Spectrum channel guide, perhaps directions on how to use it would help those of us who are not familiar with Spectrum. Clothes dryer guide would help. Overall we had a great stay and have signed up for the same 2 weeks in 2025.

The condo is in a great location and the view from the lanai was spectacular. The condo is spaciopus, well stocked and decorated and the furniture is all in good shape. We would definately reccomend and return.

Convenient to grocery and drug store and restaurants that are all just across the street. 2 miles from John’s pass for shopping and restaurants. Comfortable furniture and kitchen stocked with plenty of cooking utensils. Quick response to maintenance need that arose. The area was not really crowded as far as traffic. The public beach nextdoor was good for people watching. Wish I could go back soon but the calendar is full for a while. I highly recommended.

Incredible condo. The elevators were a problem at times, and being in the 11th floor makes them required - at least for me!

We loved this property. A corner unit on the 11th floor with windows on 3 different sides of the building. Spent a lot of time people watching from above. The unit was spacious and nicely decorated with updated features. Clean and comfy. Very convenient location. Walked everywhere. Loved it so much we tried to book for Christmas but was already booked. We will be staying 2 floors below this unit instead. Will return to this unit next summer.

Nice property. Great location! Easy walk across the street to convenience store, CVS, restaurants and bars. Winn Dixie is very close as well. Unit is comfortably furnished. Great views of gulf and intracoastal. Beautiful pool and spa.

1108 Ocean Sands is exactly as pictured and did not disappoint. Beautifully decorated and kitchen very well equipped with everything you could want. We brought our own Keurig single use machine because only 1 coffee drinker, but there is a drip coffee maker provided. Breathtaking views of the ocean and city/intercoastal and comfortable balcony furniture. Pool , hot tub and landscaping all well maintained. Huge TV, now that I'm home my 52" seems very small. Perhaps Netflix could be added as a lot of the TV stations are locked. Beautiful beach and sunsets. Well situated with grocery, drugstore and some restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely return to this unit and property. We had a small concern with a slow bathroom sink drain which was immediately taken care of after contacting property mgt. Just mentioning it to show that they reacted very quickly.

The condo was exactly as described on VRBO. Extremely clean and had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Picking up and dropping off keys wasn't a problem but a code as most units seemed to have would have been move convenient. Although that was a minor inconvenience. The view was fantastic. We watched as "Nicole" came thru and that was exciting too.

The view was perfect of the Gulf and beach. The location made it very easy to get places although traffic was heavy. The swimming pool at the complex was not user friendly. The chairs were immovable, so gathering together was impossible. There were no tables with umbrellas. The rest of the amenities were very accessible and well kept.

Condo was beautiful. Everything looked brand new. From the moment we walked through the door we felt like we were on a cruise ship because all we could see was the gulf. Pool area was very nice. Great location.
