Emerald Isle 301

We stayed at the Emerald Isle 301 and loved everything about our stay. The condo was beautiful and most importantly, ocean front. Comfortable, had all the amenities we were hoping for. The pool wasn't working due to the 2024 hurricane but we didn't mind and loved how quiet the condo was. A truly relaxing experience, and we would stay again in a second!

This was our second stay at the Emerald Isle. Although this is an older building, it is well maintained and kept clean. We enjoy the smaller size of the building because there are not large amounts of people; and while it is smaller, the views from the balconies are absolutely beautiful, and the pool and ocean are just steps away. The beach always has plenty of space, never feeling crowded. This location also has assigned parking so your spot is always available. Our first time last year we found the stay perfect. This year it was almost the same. We had some small issues that Maintenance should have taken care of before our arrival; lamps needing light bulbs, TV remotes needing batteries, one stove burner not working, and the balcony sliding glass door hard to open and close. However, the staff was very responsive, and these small nuisances did not deter us from having a wonderful vacation. We will definitely return to the Emerald Isle condos.

We had an amazing vacation at this property. We stayed here before but in a different unit and we love it here!! We would come back and I recommend this to everyone. The unit was decorated nicely and had everything we needed. The only complaint is not enough starter pieces like paper towels, dish detergent.... We flew in so we didn't have room for extras. But we love the place regardless!! No big deal. We'll be back in the fall!!

This location is great! Right on the beach and its a small intimate complex right on the water. Our unit was very neat and clean with a few new updates. Only complaint is having to use the keys, a key pad or card system is desperately needed but it wasn't so bad that it would keep me from staying here again.

Very nice condo. Hot water tnk temp was turned way down (below 90 degrees) So I turned it up to an appropriate and safe (to prevent certain bacteria growth) 125-130. I turned it down as it was before when I left. I told RC resorts about it after I left. Also, the Wifi was on-again-off-again so I requested RC resorts to look at it. They did promptly and gave me another (unused) network to use, which worked great.

Our only concern was the unit above us. Not sure how you would ever know in advance if there was construction going on above you during your stay. Constant noise, pounding, sawing, dragging things across floor...we assumed it was a renovation going on. From before 7 am till sometimes after 11 pm...if it was not construction, no clue what could be happening up there. LOVED the condo, the location, everything but that constant noise. The directory said that unit was “unavailable” so maybe that might be a clue in asking in advance of any possible work going on. Internet was very sketchy dropping you offline after a few minutes but we worked around that with our phones.

Great location. Great view. Besides a few bugs in kitchen and garbage disposal not working, it was a nice stay.

Mostly a positive experience. Roomy condo but small bathrooms. Older & not updated recently but fairly clean. Great A/C. Should have had ceiling fan in MBR. Front door lock & balcony door lock hard to open. Great clean pool & beach access.Sagging sofa

The Emerald Isle complex was in a great location directly on the beach with a pool land available outdoor restrooms. The pool and grounds area were kept immaculate. We had a problem with keys and the maintenance man on site in the morning quickly took care of our problem. The staff of JC Resorts were very friendly and helpful. It was inconvenient to have to go to the office and drop off in keys when leaving as there was a drop box in the lobby of the building just to avoid having someone from staff having to come by to pick them up. We had two couples in our group and our unit was very spacious with the two bedrooms and baths. Our unit was clean but dated. The stool in the master bedroom ran 24/7. The master bed needs a new mattress badly. The kitchen needs an updated stove and some new cookware. But all in all it was a great place to stay in a beautiful location.

Condo was very nice. Pictures were accurate, pool was wonderful, beach was outstanding. Loved the location with lots of restaurants nearby. Property was clean and well maintained.
