Emerald Isle 201

Very nice condo on the beach in a great location to restaurants, and everything you could want to do in Madeira Beach. Will definitely book again when back in the area.

This unit was very nice, all appliances worked perfectly. Drawback was the pool wasn’t open due to upgrades being made which we were advised about. The beach weather was perfect which made up for it.

This was the perfect place to stay that worked for our whole family! We had about 25 people that stayed here. It was very clean! The ladies at the front desk were very sweet! The only issue we had was when we called to check on the status of our pool prior to our stay June 21-28. We were told multiple times that the pool should be done by the beginning of May. A few weeks prior to our vacation, we got the call that it wasn't going to be done. Due to the amount of people staying, there was no way we would've been able to find another place with a pool. This made us feel that they were telling us this the whole time so that we wouldn't leave and they wouldn't lose out on the money from us. After arriving, we could see that the pool hadn't been touched. They had to have known that it wasn't going to be done months ago. That would've given us plenty of time to find somewhere else. However, if not having a pool doesn't bother you, this is a great place to stay! The location is also perfect! We love to be in a quieter area where there aren't too many people. There were areas on both sides of us that had a ton of people that seemed to be the party areas! Which was fine by us!

Will be back! Beach close right out the door. Very clean and had a great time. Only thing was we only had one key for pool area and it would have been nice to have an extra one since there was 3 of us. Other than that it was about the best property i have stayed in.

We absolutely loved our stay in North Redington Beach. The unit we stayed in was very nice it had everything we faces the ocean which was my favorite place to sit on the balcony! We'll be back for sure.

The North Redington Beach is a great place to spend vacation. Traffic isn't a nightmare, not the craziness as some areas, everything is close by and easy to get too. Lots of things to do for young & old. Lots of resturants, bars, shops galore, beautiful beaches! Definitely going back next year!

The location was awesome, view spectacular. The condo is older and a little shabby, especially the kitchen. The main bed was So comfortable, that’s a big plus. The appliances were older and the toilets and did h washer we’re so loud!! nz o low flo w here or updated quiet dishwasher!! None the less we enjoyed our stay and we’re very comfy.Thanks!!!

Our rental was the nicest property that we ever stayed at. It was right on the beach and was close to other attractions. Our balcony overlooked the ocean and was spectacular. We used the trolley to get around and was $1.25 a day since we were seniors. We used the beach service to rent beach chairs and umbrellas and they were set up every day for us. Overall, I recommend this property and I would return here again.

The outside of the building, parking lot, pool area is very nice. Very clean looking. The beach area/ location is awesome!! The chairs on the balcony were great! The clothes washer on the 2nd floor was broken. The doors to the stairwell slam, and is very loud and annoying for the person sleeping in the 2nd bedroom. As for unit 201; the sliding door to the balcony (and screen) were off the track as soon as we got there. The track was so dirty and full of crud, that it was impossible for the door to slide freely. I cleaned as best I could, but it really needs a good cleaning, and the tracks need lubed. I don't think this has EVER been done. The appliances are so outdated. The ice maker is SO loud. You can hear the wind whipping through the kitchen window. Again, SO loud! The master bathroom shower , with sliding glass doors, also the tracks have NEVER BEEN Cleaned. The amount of mold around the door, and behind the door handle was disgusting. It would be very little effort to clean this! Since the location of this building was so great, I would possibly consider staying there again, and recommending it to friends, but not in #201. Talking to other tenants, they all said that their unit was updated. ����‍♀️

All Unit entry doors need to be fixed, you had to slam them to close, which shook the whole unit and kept the those sleeping in front bedroom awake at night. plumbing in building needs to be redone and pool needs to be cleaned.

The place was right on the beach. You walk out of the pool area on to the white sand. It was so nice. Our visit was not what I had hoped because of Red Tide our beach was covered with fish. JC Resorts did give me a 20% discount. We did not get to enjoy the ocean or much of the pool because of the smell. I drove over an hour and half away so the kids could get in the ocean. The place overall was a nice area. If had driven and not flown we would have left abs came home.

Even though we arrived to a sticky kitchen floor everything else about this condo was fantastic. The rooms were nice and big. The building was centrally located. The A/C was wonderfully cold. Pots, pans dishes were a plenty (I wasn't crazy about the dishwasher, so didn't use it). No dishwashing liquids were provided (we left ours when we departed). Bathrooms were well stocked with towels, soap, toothbrush holders and toilet paper. The amenities and bedding is as described. The king bed was very comfortable. The queen is beginning to droop in the middle - hopefully they will get a new mattress soon. A hidden surprise was the closet in the second bedroom had beach toys, a cabana, beach chairs etc. very nice plus. A couple of drawbacks are parking limited to one car (which we knew about way in advance) one car had to do street parking which was a pain, but we found one pretty quickly and left it there all week with no issues. Another drawback was when the door in the stairway closed (slammed) it would shake the window in the second bedroom. It was a little unnerving until we got used to it. Third drawback was no pantry and as I said above the kitchen is well stocked so not much room for food. We got a little creative and made it work. All in all I would rent this unit again. We had a wonderful time with 4 adults and 1 baby.

Property was just as advertised - a corner unit steps from the beach with balcony overlooking gulf. Many restaurants within walking distance or a very short drive away. Clean and well equipped. A great bargain.

Very nice, very close to beach. Pool area always clean. Condo was nice, bedrooms were far enough apart that you had your privacy. Wish there were cleaning products so we could dust or clean the glass tables but otherwise great.
